Rounded up my 5years studies this year.The end seemed bleak with no idea where the finance for my final year will come from but I trusted him nonetheless and he came through for me and my family.

SA paypal should work fine, I think. I make use of a Lesotho one though. I don't know if there is any added advantage. The main aim of us using lesotho/SA paypal is so we can withdraw our funds here in Nigeria.


Whenever u open a paypal account, u are sent a mail to input additional information about ur business. Whatever business u select, u will always get that mail.

1. I used the link provided on the first page to open a PayPal account and it turns out to be an SA acc and everything is talking abt a Lesotho account. Is dere an advantage over the other ? And if yes, what is it?
2. Upon opening my PayPal account I typed a business not listed among the options provided and I got a mail immediately from PayPal requesting for more Business Doc on or b4 November, so I took a step back and selected one of the business listed there to avoid issues. My question is, those the mail still applies to my account even after taking a step back to correct it? If Yes, what do I do?.
I will appreciate a response from someone pls.

5. Bid out your cost(compare quotes):
*a low quote could mean poor workmanship resulting in future expensive repairs and maintenance.
*optimal quote could mean a builder's discount and good connections with suppliers.
*a high quote could mean too many subcontractors involved or building materials are sub par.
6. Shop for fixtures and fittings yourself: A good Architect should provide you with specification of materials which should aid in procurement.
7. Splurge strategically:
*public place such as kitchen,dinning and lounge,use high degree of finish.
*private spaces such as bedrooms and bathrooms,use basic finishes and budgetted fixtures.
*internal doors - paneled or solid core flush doors.
*external doors - steel security doors or solid hardwood doors.
8. Alternative construction methods:

9. Choose your friend: don't fall for peer pressure in the name of wanting to fit in or u might end up building someone's else dream home.
10. Manage the project: it's a popular saying "don't expect what you did not inspect". It has tonnes of advantages like,project being executed as per the design,avoiding budget overrun and time overrun.
