Maybe I should not complain that my children eat too much cos that's how I feel, I watched my son finish his plate of amala without soup this evening to show how much he loves food.

I blend ginger, boil it and add little honey to treat my children for cough and cold since they clocked one. You can try it too since your baby is 13 months it's very effective.

Mil and Sil were around for few months but I got help when I resumed work after 3 months, the help is a teenager that goes to school too o. Just brace yourself up cos taking care of twin is stressful especially if you don't have adequate help, they are 18 months now and they are still stressing me but they are joy to behold. Congrats in advance.

Morning sickness is always severe with twin pregnancy just try manage yourself well, I had my twin February 2018 and the morning sickness was terrible. Take care.

Nothing special about twin pregnancy but it is considered high risk (don't know why). You don't need to be scared at all, take your prenatals, eat well and rest. I carried my twin pregnancy till 37 weeks 2 days and I worked till the day i delivered so no big deal.

See me thinking I'm the only one that fight my children over brushing, I hold both hands and put the legs in between my legs cos I got tired of singing and cajoling to brush teeth. If the thing turn brown na they go insult.

Soymilk, and by this I don't mean making soy milk but adding soya bean powder to milk and water until its not too watery, GB used to like it.
Plain cocoa, tho it's bitter

Hello mamas,

What beverage can I give my 15 month olds pls? I've given Milo a couple of times and they like it but i feel its too sugary. I checked junior Horlicks online but I don't think its readily available in market nor for children younger than two years.
They have very good appetite for food so I need something that can come in place of cereal, pls don't waka pass o.

Good afternoon mamas, I started my children on dano milk full cream when they turned one but dano full cream is now scarce in the market can I switch to peak full cream or 123? I've heard many mums complain about 123 that its sugary. So full cream or 123 which is better please?
