They even said they burnt the old notes.

What kind of nonsense is this?
Business › Re: Old Notes Circulation: CBN Begins Monitoring Today, Banks Set Two-week Target by blowjohn(m): 9:31am On Mar 24, 2023
So they wasted hundreds of billions to print new notes to replace old notes, but now want to bring back the old notes??

Is this not a wicked, greedy act?
Business › Re: Old Notes Circulation: CBN Begins Monitoring Today, Banks Set Two-week Target by blowjohn(m): 9:30am On Mar 24, 2023
The situation will not normalise immediately. The impact will begin to be felt on Friday. Overall, things should normalise between one and two weeks.....

The money transferred may not be 'free' money, don't forget. Even the gift might have been squeezed out for him. You would ask, "What if he bolted with the money?" He and his family would have been in deep mess. 50k cash gift isn't that bad though.
Oh yeah I agree with ur point.

grin..

The act of even withdrawing money from one's account, when one knows it was accidentally sent to him, and thus isn't and can't be his own is already plenty shades of criminal..

Double wahala is when he withdraws the money and invests it with the hope of making a profit and returning the principal sum, only for the investment to crash grin
But the money will be mixed with his own money na.
Besides he can even claim he was expecting money frm family members or friends.

In any case he has every right to withdraw money from his account. And he won't need to withdraw all. Maybe like 500k.
As a sharp guy he can even be transferring small money frm other sources to his account within that frame of time to look like it's just business things.

The main thing be say make he sharpaly invest sharp sharp return the money within a week.

He would have been caught one way or the other if he didn't return that money..

He has saved himself from eating a lot of prison beans, and even got free 50k ontop grin

Nice day at the office for him, if you ask me cool
Do u know he can use that money and make profits within a week and return the money back into his account?

Yes, good for the serial betrayer.

However, Most of the people you call Asiwaju haters are merely Nigeria lovers.

And anyone who says Asiwaju or Sanwo won fair and square might as well be high on cocaine.

This elections , especially the one in Lagos has shown to anyone in doubt that Tinubu is neither a Progressive nor a democrat. And that's that!

Politics › Re: So Labour Party Lost In Anambra by blowjohn(m): 8:34pm On Mar 19, 2023
I think people Shud henceforth vote in their respective states so as to chose good leaders there.

Cos that's why virtually all the state in Nigeria are the way they are.

That brings back the Lagos issue which has been the most talked about.

U will vote bad leaders in ur state finish and then want to go and vote a good leader in Lagos. Isn't that madness? Lagos na ur state?

Meanwhile ur state is getting worse everyday.
And it's not as if Lagos is improving at a good pace either.

It's the same way the hausas have infiltrated Edo state cos they are made poor in their home state where they vote out if ignorance.

So to hit the nail on the head, I advise ibos to first of all vote good governors in their states , that way they won't need Lagos or anywhere else.

It's the same way Edo people used to run to Italy cos their state wasn't offering much for them.

So I challenge anyone here to name 1 or 2 Nigerian states that has developed wonderfully in the last 30 years. If u want to go the route of revenue ur only lying to ur conscience cos these state have money to develop esp those eating oil money.

Where is Edo, delta, cross river, bayelsa, akwa ibom etc?

If ur state had 24 hours constant electricity,
Won't u set up businesses there?
If ur state had a seaport won't u have businesses booming?

Am waiting.
