He ignores all those advice and do what he wants. When he talked about the chloroquine thing,he was advised against it and he interpreted it as a suggestion and ran with it. If you saw the faces of the doctors with him during the briefing, you will know it runs contrary to everything they knew

I would never have thought that a time would come when even in a pandemic period like this, Nigerian hospitals are still not equipped with PPEs and even after government just got some part of the Abacha loot totalling over 300 million dollars, no one in government has the sense to allocate some of the money to plug the gaps in the health sector.
Instead they are already thinking about funding Niger bridge and lagos ibadan road.

It was when it became clear that this ain't a joke that he decided on the travel ban. He once said that he expected just about 60,000 cases and he kept pushing the numbers up. When journalists reminded him about his earlier numbers,he attacked them and claimed to be victimized.

Trump is a showman and extremely rich guy so he doesn't know how to handle critical times and this became glaring at this point
