Arabiandude:Let him go to Ghana. His expertise in carpentry will be helpful to their national team. They should employ him as a senior consultant on carpentry matters |
Billing seeing that he can't make the Danish team again has decided to (with great hesitation) play for Nigeria. Such players can never be loyal. Take it to the bank |
andrewbaba44:My brother, I don't argue with such people again, neither do I even quote them. I feel that such people choose to remain unintelligent or argue foolishly. It'll be a waste of valuable time and data to engage them |
komekn:I agree with this. I don't fault any who don't want to play for us because of this reason you pointed out. As I said, if I was a good performing FB, I don't think I would tilt toward playing for Naija at firat |
andrewbaba44:I'm good bro. Hope you're keeping necessary precautions? I've been busy with Work. Covid19 na bastard oooo |
Andrewbaba44: To explain my opinion on the LFC 100million debacle. Can LFC spend an amount on just one player? Yes. Will they do so if that player was Mbappe? Its hard to answer. For one, Mbappe is just one player and maybe prone to getting injured for an extensive period. Two, its hard to just conclude that Mbappe will bench Firminho. Firminho does more than just score(actually, he isn't very good at this). He tracks back and even helps out the defense. His work rate is even comparable to Mane's. I doubt Mbappe can replicate such. Three, with the AFCON coming soon (bar Covid19 delays), we would need suitable, world class replacements for Salah and Mane and I think the board/sporting director/coach may tilt toward splashing the cash on Jadon Sancho and Mbappe but the conundrum is, when Salah and Mane returns, who would bench who? My opinion: To buy Mbappe, it means we have to sell one of the front three so that we don't end up having a bench him/or play him problem. Should we buy Mbappe? I don't know. Personally, Mbappe is younger than any of them and has more room for improvement under klopp but the fee would be too high for one player. I'd have loved we consider buying both Werner(we need a creative AM/striker) and chukwueze(I believe this young lad would vastly improve under klopp). |
Joebie: Begging is when you approach a player multiple times to rep his own country and even send emissaries. When Nigerian players begin to reach out to that player and explain in painstaking terms why you should play for your country. That, my dear Sir is begging. |
daveP:This is just unnecessary waste of data. Everyone knows its Samuel Eto'o |
You were doing quite fair until he admitted to been guilty for a crime he didn't commit. Very poor piece of writing |
JaceBlaze:What about Kamaru usman? How many of your tooth-pick faced country men have been as successful in the fighting sports? |
AgentNairaland:Are you being sarcastic ? |
What has this thread turned to?? The best thing is to not dignify them with a response .They'll get tired. |
ChrisKels:The last paragraph want referring directly to you air but to those people on twitter with animosity to Mikel. My sincerest apologies for the mid understanding |
ChrisKels:An honest error. But he was one of the leaders of that team. Like him or hate him, Mikel paid his dues as captain |
safarigirl:Mikel won an AFCON as captain and plated well at WC 2014. He is a Naija legend. And I'm not counting his U-20 and Chelsea exploits. |
adeabdul2:Oga, this story was supposed to be in a Nigerian setting. Which one con be rick Morgan again? |
andrewbaba44:I'm only human. However, I have decided to really tone it down or stop it entirely going forward. ![]() How's your day going bro? |
Sir komekn, nice to have you back. I have missed your comments and analysis on pertinent issues. Welcome back sir. And happy new year |
Bashing pastors and religious leaders at this moment isn't love for humanity. its just a window to vent your already deep seated animosity and bitterness. Moreso,it's cheap tokenism. In such times we all must come together and fight a common enemy and not highlight your own parochialism. Stop hating. Let's spread information. Courage . Education . And not use this to fight civil wars By Pastor Chris Segun Onayinka |
Health workers , Essential duties personnel, Government officials, Security and law enforcement officials, Religious leaders , Opinion leaders , Media, Every citizen.. No need for unnecessary civil wars . We need EVERYONE to work together. We are on the same side . We are fighting the same cause . Let’s share positive information. This is no time to prove superiority over another . We can defeat any form of this scourge as we all play our roles . Those who pray ,pray . Law enforcement, enforce regulations, Health officials and government, tell us what to do , Media - don’t play to the gallery. Citizen .. Take instructions. All will be fine By Pastor Chris Segun Onayinka |
AllforJesus7:Please guy, note that I say this with agape. Please stop all this negativity and Armageddon nonsense. We aren't doing better but we have recorded just one fatality so far and eben the patient had already suppressed immune system since he was a cancer patient that had just undergone chemo. Our leaders have closed down schools and many workplaces have been instructed to allow their workers work from home. Security agencies are now enforcing a max limit on the number of worshippers in religious centres and people are being sensitized daily. Are we perfect ? No. But so far, we are one of the best performing Nations and even the WHO have commended our efforts. Just try to stay positive and sensitize people while you can and in the same vein encourage them positively. Hope this is clear? I call you blessed |
Subzero047:God put things like healthcare in the hands of men. When men don't take necessary precautions, things go awry and people die. Don't blame God for everything. He isn't responsible for the wars and failing economies of Nations. The bible makes us understand that the Devil is the God of this world (2 Cor 4:4). If you want someone to blame, blame Lucifer. James 1 says that only good gifts come from above, from the father of lights. Every havoc caused from time immemorial is traceable to Lucifer who works through sinners(unsaved men) to wreck his havoc. My God isn't evil. It'll do you a world of good and enlightenment to understand this. Hope this is clear? I call you blessed. |
LaMujer:But we shouldn't forget politics abi?? When people have the wrong notions of what Christianity really is, I will try my best to correct. On this platform or another... |
This is for those here who have accused the church for its imperfections: Some Good old Facebook Memories “Its the easy and lazy way out to abscond from church for certain "imperfection"in assemblies.Such critics are only on satans pay-roll!The Church HAS NEVER been perfect, rather its imperfections are grown men reaching unto perfection.(including the church analyzer)Eph4:12/16.Ignore CNN/Google/bbc/you tube(governed by anti-christ spirits),GO TO CHURCH.ave a nice sunday.” March 21,2010 |
5inchdick:While that may seem to be the case from a common sense standpoint, soccer isn't always that straightforward as there are many other variables in place that determine performance of an individual player |
andrewbaba44:Exactly my brother. Your opinion is factual and unbiased. I think such comparisons are needless for now until they both play in the same league |
andrewbaba44:Please copy and paste link bro. Because I also heard from another source that he had just $5.20 in his account. I don't know who to believe |
AllforJesus7:No, a bonafide child of God filled with his spirit. But we Christians are fast loosing sight of the great commission granted us by our Lord and Saviour in Matthew 28 and are instead focused (erroneously) on looking out for physical signs like we are astrologers. Let us instead focus on reaching the lost with the gospel of Christ which is our ministry (2 Cor 5:21) instead of speaking doom and gloom. The gospel is good news and not to scare people into believing and accepting Christ. If there's a topic that requires deep reflection among all believers in the church today, it is the unnecessary focus and erroneous doctrine of materialism as the sole reason for Christ's death, burial and resurrection. Thanks brother. You're blessed |
AllforJesus7:Here we go again? |
andrewbaba44:I foresaw the loss because we could not even defeat a poor performing Napoli at Anffield. I'm quite happy wee lost. It brings all LFC fans back from Mars to the earth and humbles them |
CornOak:We will not. I'm happy for him but...... I don't see him coming back to the SE. He has paid his dues. Let him enjoy his club football in peace |
andrewbaba44:He worked hard for it too. And the result is what we're witnessing. Happy for the dude |
