charlesemeka85: Arsenal finished as Europa League Group F winners thanks to the performance of their Nigerian youngster Bukayo Saka in the late rally at the Stade Maurice Dufrasne on Thursday evening.
The teenager was unarguably the best Arsenal player offensively in the encounter, scoring and providing an assist for teammate Alexandre Lacazette.
He whipped in a brilliant cross into the box to pick out the Frenchman in the 78th minute before he drilled low into the bottom right corner for 2-2 nine minutes from time.
Thus, he took his contribution in the final third to eight for the season (two goals, six assists), and plaudits poured in for the winger on Twitter.
We have picked the best of the tweets below,
@temitayogoodluc : Bukayo *Saka* really amazed me tonight. His performance was exceptional. Kudos to him
@PattrickTimmons1: Bukayo Saka, the 18-year old who was written off by some fans following a sub-par 12 minute cameo at Carrow Road providing an inch perfect assist before levelling the score this evening. The potential is clear to see & don't let one sup-par display convince you otherwise.
@sidramatics : That was a Bukayo Saka masterclass...Great talent!
@jamesbenge: Saka and Smith Rowe have been really, really special tonight.
@markgoldbridge: That Saka is something special! Cracking goal!
@TheFalseNein: Saka has been absolutely unreal. Wonder if he can fill in at LB in the league while Tierney's out.
@GurjitAFC: In Saka & Martinelli, we have a couple of superstars in the making.
@buntingfootball: Positives and negatives to take for Ljungberg, good character and spirit to fight back and draw. Defensively again conceding two so that will undoubtedly frustrate him. Saka really impressive once again and Martinelli made a big difference gave the Gunners a focal point.
@Baltexxx: This cross from Saka is brilliant! The type David Beckham dished out week-in week-out at the height of his prowess. A cross so good, all it needed was a head to land on & it's a goal...
@marco_gooner: MOTM performance from Bukayo Saka tonight. His crossing was on point especially in the 2nd half with that beautiful one for Laca's goal. He was drawing fouls at crucial moments and was always ready to receive the ball in good positions. He was fantastic tonight.
@KelechiAFC: Big up my bro @BukayoSaka87 for his 5 star performance today. Man rescued Arsenal big time .We are through to the next round. Congrats guys . The only way is up .
@Sean_AFC: Saka is genuinely what Chelsea fans think CHO is
@DareToWenger: We've got a star in Saka. His ability to beat players and final ball really impressive for a youngster. Also seems comfortable using both his feet. Ljungberg is developing him well.Really great to have him and Martinelli.
@matt_AFC_: Excellent football all round. But that link up between Saka and Martinelli was excellent . Saka now has the most assists in the Arsenal squad this season. Special Talent. I saw that goal. Really nice. The kid will go places |

Andrew Tabiti with AJ, Andrew Omotunde Tabiti Also a cruiserweight with 18 bouts to his credit: 17 wins, 1 loss and 0 draws. 13 of those 17 wins came by way of KO. He 6'0 in height. His loss to Yuniel Dorticos (for the vacant IBF cruiserweight title) came by way of KO in the 10th round. Hopefully, he bounces back better and stronger |

Andrew Tabiti with AJ, Lawrence Okolie: cruiserweight with 14 fights and 14 wins, 0 draws and 0 losses. 11 of his 14 wins coming by way of KO He is big. 6'5 to be precise. I expect him to step up to the super heavyweight division in the next few years. If a 6'3 Oleksandar Usyk (cruiserweight champ from Ukraine) can do it, so can he. |

charlesemeka85: Two players of Nigerian descent in the shape of Tosin Adarabioyo and Eberechi Eze have been named to the latest EFL Championship Team of the Week by respected football statistics website Whoscored following the conclusion of the matchday 20 fixtures on Sunday, December 8.
It's no surprise that Eze has made the ceremonial best eleven players in the division after bagging a brace for the Hoops as they registered a 2-0 win versus Preston North End.
As for Manchester City-owned central defender Adarabioyo, he was impressive as Blackburn Rovers won their fourth successive game, beating Derby County 1-0.
While Adarabioyo was deployed as one of the two central defenders in a 4-4-2 formation, Eze took up a place in his natural attacking midfield position.
The Queens Park Rangers number 10 registered a game-high four shots against Preston, with all of them on target, completed three dribbles and won two fouls against Preston.
Making his 11th league start of the season, Adarabioyo won five aerial duels, made a team-high six clearances, made two interceptions and one tackle vs Derby.
Eze had a rating of 8.7 out of ten marks and Adarabioyo got 7.8 for his efforts. If Adarabioyo can be note consistent, I see him in the SE soon. Our current defenders are inconsistent and average at best |

safarigirl: Andrew, so, you like this, na failure dey call you for morning? You don't love success? Na people wey no make am, you dey like follow?
Please, these things you say are sometimes concerning, because you talk like someone who believes you deserve the worst things in life.
There is NOBODY that does not love success, including the oyibo people you seem to venerate so much.
If the Brits can claim Joshua because he is successful, why not we? If Naija sperm and ovaries did not come together to create him, if he did not grow up in a Nigerian home, where Britain for see am? Na so e easy reach to find great boxing talents, how many does Britain have and why can't they get another AJ with their great system?
If it was one nutjob that went on a killing spree, the Brits would be quick to tag him a Nigerian, would they not? One criminal that has never been to Nigeria and was born and bred in Britain, will be called a Nigerian, but we cannot identify with AJ that has been here multiple times and is even in an ENTIRE Glo advert, calling himself a NAIJA BOY.
Even the guy identifies with Nigeria, but you are here, telling us to go and find somebody else, because you think yourself undeserving of accolades.
This your mentality is very bad walahi, this thing you like to say about Nigerians identifying with success is disturbing. I know you think you're being funny, but e no funny again, I am now disturbed for you.
PS: Say person buy patent rights of an invention, does not make them the original inventors. Good one. Me, I just learn to ignore many of his tantrums. I think everyone should do the same hence forth. |

There was a boxer not even a heavyweight that sucker punched his opponent after the fight was over and the gloves were off, the opponent had like twenty something surgery.
The boxer had to go to jail. Yea, I know the fight. It happened right after his opponent was announced as the winner |
