AskiaHarem: Ah yes the good old Lekki Toll Gate Massacre where despite being a massacre no footage exists of the assault, no bodies have been recovered, photos showing bodies have been proven fake with some literally being from movies, the people that supposedly died are undocumented, and the only hospitalized individual with flesh wounds was caught robbing the hospital he was sent to.......
Many of the people reported to have been killed in the Lekki Protest have since come out to debunk such reports.
A Nollywood movie star Eniola Badmus, who was allegedly shot in the stomach and died at the Lekki Toll Gate has denied the social media reports. Posting on her Instagram, Eniola wrote “Against all speculations about me being shot or dead at the unspeakable incident that happened at the toll gate a few hours ago, I would like to inform you guys that I Eniola Badmus is hale and hearty. I couldn’t make it there today to lend my voice on the #endsars movement.” https://www.pulse.ng/entertainment/celebrities/eniola-badmus-says-reports-of-her-being-shot-at-lekki-tollgate-are-false/yebpl6b
A photo of a man carrying a dead lady wrapped in Nigerian flag as posted by Yemi Alade was an image from a movie acted with a theme, “Heal our land, OH LORD!” posted by Yemi Alade was an image from a movie acted with a theme, “Heal our land, OH LORD!” https://www.trendsmap.com/twitter/tweet/1318864211037048832
A young man, Iraoya Godwin, a native of Otuo-Auchi, Edo state who was reported to have been killed also at the Lekki Toll Gate has posted a video on Twitter denying the report.
There is a trending video of the corpse of Comrade Anthony Okechukwu, a former student of Michael Okpara University Of Agriculture, Umudike Abia State. It is discovered that the young man died in a road accident and not at the Lekki Gate.
Solacebase reports that there was also a video of one Lucy Adu who was celebrated as a martyr at LekkiMasacre after dancing in the clip. Some of the social media posts celebrating her ‘martyrdom’ read: ”She was dancing an hour before she was murdered by the Nigerian armed forces Lucy was her name Pensive face#endsars – a bullet hit her in the face and ripped half her face off.”
Latest investigation shows that Lucia Adu died from an accident with a stationary truck on 20th October 2020. Her death was not from a gunshot by anyone. This is also confirmed by a new fact-checking Twitter handle on EndSARS https://twitter.com/EndSARSFctCheck
Meanwhile, PRNigeria Editorial team could not get authenticated footages of the bullet-ridden bodies from the alleged LekkiMassacre from credible media sources and EndSARS activists. Yet, two days after the alleged LekkiMassacre, no single family member has reported to security agencies or the media of the death of their loved ones in the incident.
Checks by PRNigeria revealed that not even a single protester allegedly killed during the Lekki incident was reported, even as no single corpse of the massacred protesters was taken to any hospital in the state, as of Wednesday night.

Various stagged photos and screenshot from local movies used as the only evidence for the massacre. Bros, with the way NA has a history of human right abuse and intimidation, which person will openly come out and say he/she was shot without an assured safety net. Tell me? Let's not act naive abeg. DO you think the NA cannot intimidate those on their hospital beds to keep their mouth shut? or else.... THe events in the south-east where they shot into the homes of people going about their normal business should tell you that the Lekki shootings are not far-fetched. Mind you, peace loving people going about their business. They were not protesting ooo, yet the Army decided to use them for target practice. So why do you think shooting protesters who came to "challenge" them would be far-fetched? This is not based on emotions just common sense and logic... Am i saying some pics from the Lekki shootings were not fake..No. Some mpics were actually fake but there is a strong probability that some extra-judicial killings also took place. |

AskiaHarem: You had same fair point here and there but the highlighted above destroyed all thr credibility you could have had. How did it destroy credibility? I am from the South-West mind you but pease let's speak the truth Nigerian Army's gross disrespect and abuse of human rights is not hidden. I love my country but the Army can go nowhere if it doesn't make an example of officers that engage in human rights abuse. So please tell me how his opinion lost credibility. Because you don't agree with him? If that's the case, say so. Don't bring in "credibility". |

Joebie: I am just looking forward to Canada,USA,Mexico 2026. I think our side will be very formidable by then. We just need our boys to make it to this world cup at least to get some experience. And after Qatar I hope NFF does the right thing. Well let's qualify for Qatar first. Lol Bros Joebie Remember Rohr telling us this same story in 2018 WC? How that our boys then were young and that they were a team for 2022 WC Well, 2022 WC is around the corner and we haven't seen the improvement. Rather, we have declined I won't be surprised if we don't qualify but I don't wish for such But thinking deeply about it, even if we qualify, are we going to the WC to make up the numbers again? Are we not tired of mediocre outings? Na wa!! |

Watching Senegal outplay and beat congo today had me sad at the state of our football
This Senegal team isn't much better than our team in terms of talent. Even if they are, it;s close
Yet, we can hardly pass and create clear cut chances. Because our coach doesn't know what he is doing
Yes, he doesn't know what to do. It is that simple. He is ike an outcast, left alone in the Evil forest and confused on what action(s) to take.
We will never go anywhere with Rohr except by a rare miracle. |

Born2Freak: I see low IQ opinions here.
Please, not everyone likes to shut off their brains when watching a movie.
I can understand not bothering with sense or plot in fast and Furious because I know I am going to get pumped with action and speed.
But for red notice, what am I going to enjoy? Ryan Reynolds playing the exact same comedic character he has been playing all his life? The rock playing the exact same muscular character? Gal Gadot playing the same femme fatale character who outsmarts the protagonist (remember she outsmarted Batman in BVS)
Repetition is boring.
The action was nothing special.
It is a good movie but I have seen it a hundred times in other movies. Boring You're right Red notice is 5/10 for me |

Mujtahida: The point about arguing and throwing insults is this: it is deep down a form of cowardice and ill breeding. When interacting and arguing with people face to face, we generally do not become insulting. But we take advantage of the anonymity of the internet to spew insults when interacting on social media with people we don't know when in reality it is people we don't know that we often respect the most. But alas we can all see that the SE team selection has been influenced by the same political nonsense infecting our country today

Oasis001:

Some Folks here can't use their heads to think or engage in a Discourse with sense. If you disagree with a particular view, tackle it with sense. Give your reasons.
We are not getting paid by Seùn to post here. We are simply here to catch fun and meet new friends.
Only Sycophants do hide behind others to throw Jabs. It's not funny when you think your contrary view is right. Give a Reason, let Everyone benefits from it. Put aside your Emotion, and let your brain works. Bro, the best defense against insults is to ignore them completely I am gradually learning that and it gives me rest of mind As long as this is a public forum, there will always be people who throw insults rather than discuss maturely But when you ignore them, their attacks will wane gradually. Works like clockwork for me |

Oasis001: I swear.... I hate what football is becoming. I am a United Fan and really dislike Bruno. Stats-wise he's doing fine for United, but guess what he loses possession anyhow.
He would make countless risky passes, and at least 1 or 2 gonna end as Assist. He barely dribbles despite playing as No. 10 for United. He barely supports the Pivot for transition from defense to attack.
He's either competing with No. 9 for Goal or trying as much as possible passes to get at least an Assist. That's not what I subscribed for in football.
When we were young, everyone wanna be called Jay Jay Okocha, only few wanna be called Rashidi Yekini. In fact number of football lovers that would prefer being called Siasia exceed those that wanna be known as Rashidi.
As I pointed out earlier, football is moving away from Hawthorn Effect to Frederick Winslow Taylor's Theory. Players are now robotic - they follow Instructions strictly. Positioning, Movement, Passing, even shooting Range.
Entertainment part of football is fading away. Guess what? Anytime I feel like getting entertained football-wise, I do make use of YouTube to see Clips of De Lima, Gaucho and Okocha.
E dey sweet my belle.... Wow, didn't know that stat padding was also a common occurence in football. Thought it was only in the NBA we had stat padders Well, since i don't watch bruno closely, I wil take your word for it but it's quite funny though Reminds me of Russel Westbrook of LA Lakers |

drDoom3: Osimhen and Ndidi will not make CAF first 11. That's a fact. Midfield alone has Kessie and Gueye, not forgetting Bennacer and co. You can't leave any of these guys out for Ndidi (Bennacer was the best player last AFCON, Kessie rated as one of the best players overall in Serie A etc).
In attack, Osimhen has not done enough to be considered yet. If he continues in his current form until the end of the season, then we can have that conversation. Mane and Salah must be in the front three, and you can always fill in the last with Zaha, Auba, Mahrez, etc. Hell, even Slimani and Ziyech are rated higher than Osimhen in world football. The reason we celebrate Osimhen so much is that we see his potentials, what he could become in a few years if he is consistent. My point exactly Those players you mentioned have antecedents..They have a history and record of good play. Osimhen just started Glad someone now sees my point |

Ppogbae: I don't think you understand that list. It's an individual all 11. What has the performance of their national teams gotta do with it?
Now, if it was down to fans, it would be a biased and unmeritocratic list as all the positions will be filled by North African stars since their netizens are the most active on the continent. Not even Haller or other sub saharans would make it lol. Well, you have a point. And I agree. If it was about Africa first 11, then Maybe Osimhen and Ndidi should make the first team barring any "Ojoro" However, if CAF decides to release their top 10 list for CAF player of the year award today, then it would be very hard |
