Everybody and sector is a problem in this country. Agreed the government failed in shutting down international movement earlier enough but today, order has been given that movement should be put on total lockdown interstate wise, but the citizens have refused to adhere by staying one place. They keep moving from one place to the other. Secondly, the security operatives who should enforce the order has seen a big business opportunity thereby indulging in collecting bribe and allowing movements to take place. These people then carry this virus from one state to the other. My point is, government is not only the problem in this case.
