The word "transmit" doesn't automatically mean upload to Irev portal. The Act allows INEC to decide how results are transmitted...physical delivery of result from polling booth to collation center is still transmission....the Act didn't specify that it must be electronic

That is what I was expecting to see Mr Peter Obi come up with, but he was focused on raising pre election issues like Shettima's nomination and pandering to emotions by raising a non-conviction matter that a competent Us court has decided upon since 1992 and the person has gone ahead to be senator and governor without any issues. And also an illogical misinterpretation of the constitution to make Abuja voters super voters whose 1/3 decision must be bigger than all the other 36 states.

I am yet to see any of the lawyers and consultants hired by them, saying that their is a huge disparity between the collated form EC8A and what is on IREV and thus believe the numbers are significant enough to make P.O president.

When they are not screaming emotionally, they are talking about minute cases of violence, intimidation e.t.c which is widely spread across all parties and regions and can be matched 1 to 1 by lawyers on both sides.

All I see is a man who knows that though he did well, he didnt get it and rather than reflecting and focusing against another try, decided to waste the court's time while charging "Yes Daddy" followers to distract the nation

APGA’S REINSTATED NATIONAL CHAIRMAN SERVES SUPREME COURT JUDGEMENT ON INEC, SEEKS RECOGNITION

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA), Chief Edozie Njoku, has served the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) with the judgment of the Supreme Court delivered on Friday 24th March 2023.

In a statement by APGA national secretary, Muhyideed A. Imam, said:

“the Supreme Court in its judgment resolved conclusively the APGA leadership dispute in favour of Chief Edozie Njoku as the undisputable Chairman.”

It noted that his purported removal as National Chairman was declared null and void by the apex court.

The statement noted “It is important to note that the forwarding letter was written to the Chairman of INEC and all the National Commissioners of the commission with copies to:
Mr Taninu Inuwa (SAN), Director, Litigation and Prosecution, Legal Department, INEC;
Mr Abdulazeez Sani (SAN), Chief Legal Officer, INEC; and
El Hassan Umar (SAN), Chief Legal Officer, INEC.

“The letter forwarding the certified true copy summarized the 42-page judgment of the Supreme Court highlighting the critical pronouncements of the court and consequential orders as follows:

“It needs to be stated at this point that the dispute being who should be the Acting National Chairman of the 1st Respondent, APGA and whether the Chairman, Edozie Njoku was validly replaced are within the confines of the internal affairs of the 1st Respondent which is not justiceable.”
