Since 2023, no election has been conducted without the use of BVAS. I dare the OP to provide evidence that anyone voted in 2023 or subsequent elections without being accredited by BVAS.
Please find time and read these “Observers-Reports” about the November-2023 off-cycle elections in the links below..
Also see the attached photos..

https://www.thecable.ng/off-cycle-polls-bypassing-bvas-undermining-credibility-of-elections-says-cso

Any election since 2023 where clear evidence of over voting were established have always been cancelled. The results of all pulling units were total vote cast were more than BVAS accreditation were all canceled at the ward collation units. Those that managed to survive were canceled by the court.
Tell me more about Imo State and Kogi State (Novembe-2023).!!
Which of the “Precious” Polling-units in these two elections were cancelled due to over-voting.??
JUST NAME ONE.!!

The case of Senator Natasha Apoti of Kogi state is a good example.
Oohh. Okkkaayy.!!
I see..
The courts now choose the special cases where they apply the rule of Over-voting and the cases where not to apply it.??
In that case, I need to see the judgement of the final appeal in her petition.
Let me see exactly how she established the case of over-voting in her petition.
((If you have the link, please drop it here))
((Cc.. Fergie001))
Meanwhile,,,, we are still observing the Edo State Scenario.!!
Let us see whether the judges would choose to apply the “over-voting rules” here or not.

It’s also funny that the OP lied that INEC gave blurred result to party agents. As in, why are people do dubious?
That particular witness who did a compilation of the Rivers and Benue results in the 2023-PEPT said that the duplicate results that were given to the party-agents were not clear enough for him to use them and compare with what he downloaded from the IREV-Portal.
So, what exactly are you talking about.??

In 2023, INEC gave clear copies of result to all party agents. LP couldn’t collate the results given to their agents and they started looking for results on INEC website. Now, their new lie is that they gave them blurred results.
You know that you're telling a very biigg lie here.
AND YOU BETTER STOP IT.!!

Overall, this thread should be trashed and OP banned for lying. Sadly, that won’t happen due to the partisan disposition of the moderators.
You're just being maliciously evil here.
And you know it.
You know exactly what you're doing.
And I know your type of person too.
But I can assure you,, very very soon,, our elections in Nigeria would be the envied high standard of transparency in elections throughout the whole wide world..

A heartwarming viral video captured the moment when students of Obafemi Awolowo University showered their lecturer, Dr. Olagunju, with gifts to show appreciation for his dedication and hard work.

The video, shared on TikTok by user #doxaleey on Tuesday, shows students standing up one by one to present their gifts to Dr. Olagunju, who was visibly surprised and smiling throughout the gesture.

In the caption accompanying the video, #doxaleey wrote, “We wanted to express our heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Olagunju for his exceptional dedication and hard work this semester, and we couldn’t come up with a better idea than this.

"Despite the challenges of teaching Parts 1-4 alone, Dr. Olagunju has consistently demonstrated his commitment to our education and well-being. His efforts have not gone unnoticed, and we’re deeply appreciative of the positive impact he’s had on our learning experience.

"We’re grateful to have had the opportunity to show our appreciation today and wish we could do more to express our thanks. Sir, we love you, Dr. Olagunju."

So who will now hold INEC accountable?
It is supposed to be the parties..

They are supposed to JOIN those fraudulent officers in their Petitions, so that they can be tried at the Tribunal and punished accordingly, and set serious examples for others..

And then also,, the establishment of their fraudulent activities (or non-adherence to the Provisions of the Electoral-Act-2022) undermines and cancels the results of that Polling-unit, or Ward, or LGA, or State, or Final Results -- as the case may be.

Nigeria need to have strong institutions manned by people of reputable characters but @ the electoral, judicial and governance levels. The present day leadership is a mess. Ok Imagine INEC official brazen electoral criminality in the last presidential and the recent Edo election. It is a pity the process is still flawed.
It is a very biigg pity that the petitioners in the current Edo Governorship Election Petition Tribunal are not just hitting the right points..

They are bringing lots of evidence to the Tribunal quite alright,, but they are all tending not to know what exactly they are trying to establish when the witnesses are being cross-examined.

I just hope that in the end, that the Judgement would be a victory for the BVAS-Machines.. Because they presented a lot of evidence based on the values gotten from the BVAS-Machines..

He can start by repairing the FENCE,, if really he is a “GOOD” Headmaster who had “Genuine Reasons” for using the Fence in the First Instance...

But if the opposite is the case, he won't even do anything “good” to the gate or fence.
He would even make the Fence far more easier for him to “scale” another time..

Politics › Major Items Inside The Electoral-Act-2022 Which The INEC Continues To Disregard. by BluntCrazeMan(op): 12:58pm On Jan 23, 2025
SOME OF THE MAJOR ITEMS INSIDE THE ELECTORAL-ACT-2022 WHICH THE INEC CONTINUES TO OMIT AND DISREGARD EVERY TIME.

1. Section-47(3):
The INEC still continues to conduct elections in Many Polling-Units in several Remote Rural Areas without using the “BVAS-Machines”.
Whereas the Electoral-Act-2022 made is compulsory that the BVAS-Machines must be the only method of Accreditation to be used in Elections..
NO OTHER ALTERNATIVE METHODS OF ACCREDITATION ARE ALLOWED.
...

2. Section-51(2):
The staff of INEC had never cancelled the Results of any polling-unit due to “over-voting”, whether at the Polling-units or at the collation centers.
Whereas the Electoral-Act-2022 mandated the Presiding Officers at Polling Units to cross-check the number of votes with the number of Accredited voters..
AND THE NUMBER OF ACCREDITED VOTERS CAN ONLY BE GOTTEN FROM THE “BVAS-MACHINES”, SINCE IT IS THE ONLY ALLOWED METHOD OF ACCREDITATION.
..

3. Section-60(3):
The Staff of INEC are not giving the PARTY-AGENTS (and also The Police) “VERY CLEAR” Duplicates of the Result-Sheets.
They wouldn't even allow party-agents to take pictures of the original result-sheets, as an alternative means of having Evidence of the Results.
Whereas the Electoral-Act-2022 made it very clear that after the election results are produced, agents of the parties that are present should sign on the results, anf then, duplicates of the results are given to the party-agents that are present.
Yet they continued giving very BLURRED and UNCLEAR duplicates to the party-agents.
..

4. Section-64(4a):
The Collation Officers of INEC have continued to refuse to enforce the MANDATORY USE of the BVAS-Machines during collations (which is actually supposed to contain the AUTHENTIC Accreditation-Data) in order to verify and confirm the “Number of Accredited Voters” as Recorded on the Result-sheets.
Whereas the Electoral-Act-2022 mandated the collation officers and the returning officers to always confirm that the number of Accredited Voters are consistent with the Accreditation-Data that was captured in Section-47(2) before they can start off with the collation process..
FOR THE ELECTORAL-ACT TO MENTION THE “SECTION-47(2)” HERE AGAIN, IT MEANS THAT IF THE NUMBER OF ACCREDITED VOTERS IN THE “RESULT-SHEETS” ARE NOT THE SAME WITH WHAT IS CONTAINED INSIDE THE BVAS-MACHINES, THEN, THE COLLATION IS NOT SUPPOSED TO COMMENCE IN THE FIRST PLACE.

In rare cases where the Party-Agents insisted that the BVAS-Machines must be checked before the collation commences, and the BVAS-Machines got checked, and there happened to be discrepancies; instead of the Collation Officers to cancel the results of the failed polling-units outrightly, they would rather opt to re-adjust the various votes which were scored by the various parties -- in order to make the figures to tally with the figures on the BVAS-Machines.
..

5. Section-64(6b):
The Collation officers of the INEC tend to always forget that For any dispute which was raised at any level of collation, the BVAS-Machines that were used in all such disputed Polling-units Must be “PHYSICALLY BROUGHT TO THE COLLATION CENTER”, & be used to settle the disputes.

On the contrary, the Collation Officers of the INEC would always refuse to settle the disputes that were raised before them, and this continues to happen at all levels of collation..

The collation officers at the lower level of collation would always be promising the party-agents that the whole of the disputes would be bundled together in the end and be sorted-out by the final returning officer at the final level of collation -- WHICH IS A VERY BIG LIE..,, because in the end,, NONE OF THE DISPUTES WOULD BE SETTLED..

The Electoral-Act-2022 in “Section-64(9)” clearly stipulated the PENALTIES for the collation officers and the returning officers who refused to settle the disputes that were raised at their levels of collation.,, AND THEY ENDED UP DECLARING RESULTS THAT ARE FALSE.
Thus, the Party-Agents at all levels of collation should know their works and they should also be vigilant.

Whenever there is need to request for the BVAS-Machines, they should name the Polling-units that are involved, and remain resolute and firm in demanding for the BVAS-Machines to be brought to the collation center --- AS REQUIRED BY THE PROVISIONS OF THE ELECTORAL-ACT-2022..

As the race of artificial intelligence heats up, tech companies are at war - a war for top talent. Big tech is offering eye-water salaries, perks and even calling employees personally to hire them for AI roles. But while there is a boom in AI jobs, other jobs don't seem so safe. Artificial intelligence could affect 60% of all jobs across the world by 2025 according to a new AI report. Microsoft founder Bill Gates says there are only three jobs that are immune from artificial intelligence. What are those jobs? Is your job AI-proof?

A single lady at 38 may still not do will in marriage.
In fact, most of them don't consider marriage any longer..

For those of them that are getting desperate to get married, their own mindset is different..
They still have this deep fear for relationships,, but all she actually cares for is kust to get wedded, and to have a baby as a married woman before anything happens -- because time is seriously ticking.
