But when a multiple account owner transfers money between his own accounts (in the same bank -- for that matter) they would deduct charges on the debited account, and then also deduct taxes on the credited account.

Yet, it was still the same person that paid the both prices..

He literally said open terrain - such as on the highways, does not require as many checkpoints. The obvious logic is simple. Villains who operate in vehicles can only disappear into urban or semi urban environments where there are roads for their vehicles. Thus, more checkpoints are needed around such areas.

Whatever methods which the Mister-Know-All CDS is currently using is not working..

So, tone down on your second-hand braggadocio on behalf of the CDS.

The topic about groom ditching her bride to be brought back some memories of what happened last year when my Ex texted to check on me and I decided to try my luck by inviting her to my hotel room in another state from hers and she willing came over.

INEC will just put out ideas that seemed to make things easier and better, yet they planned to use those same methods to make things worse..

How would they be talking about downloading a computer-generated slips (which anybody can fake from anywhere) and say that it would be the alternative to INEC’s Authentic PVC.??
And yet, they didn't include some other methods for verifying that all such downloaded slips are authentic.??

Unless the Slips have QR-Codes on them, which the BVAS can scan and fetch the voter’s information.... which means that the possibility of faking the slips has been minimized (because the QR-Codes on the slips cannot be faked so easily) ---- then, another level of check must also happen in order to make sure that the slip-bearer’s real name is consistent with the name on the slip. Therefore, the bearer should also bring his NIN-SLIP too.
These are just the initial Identification stages which the PVC is supposed to be doing..

Then, after confirming all these,, the BVAS Biometric Accreditation and Authentication for Voting can follow..

INEC should not come and prepare Nonsense for us, and coat it with sweet words.
