Later, some people will come out and say that the men in Anambra are subduing their women.
Trust me,, any ill-treatment that are meted out on some women, and the other women didn't do anything about it,, then those other women are in support of such treatment under their hidden noses.

HOW CAN “A PEOPLE” ACHIEVE SELF-DETERMINATION IN A “STRONG” OVER-LORDING COUNTRY LIKE NIGERIA?
ANS: It's only through extreme intelligence, “years” of intensive planning, and the strategic application of the International Laws and Treaties.
..
I WILL EXPLAIN ALL THESE THINGS IN FULL..
First of all,, let me start by saying that I am “A NIGERIANIST”.
I don't know whether that term exists or not, but what I am trying to say is that: “I believe in Nigeria” (Not Necessarily “One Forceful Nigeria”, but in a Successful Nigeria itself as a Country). I believe that Nigeria can still work for us one day.
But then, so many people in Nigeria have lost their faith and hope in Nigeria. They don't believe that Nigeria will ever work again. They are just waiting for any worse or worst to happen, and let everything end. THAT'S SO BAD.
For such people, they believe that Nigeria (as a country) is no longer fair to them as “A People”, or that Nigeria is no longer fair to them as a Nigerian Community which they are supposed to be; and therefore they want to become a country of their own, and become separated from Nigeria - which had been treating them so badly.
THAT IS WHAT “SELF DETERMINATION” EXACTLY MEANS.
Whenever you find yourself in any place where you are not welcomed by the persons there, and it is very clear that you are not welcomed there by your hosts, you have every right to leave there -- for the sake your peace and that of your hosts.
..
LEGAL STEPS TO ACHIEVING “SELF DETERMINATION”.
1. Start by officially registering a strong sociopolitical group with the CAC. This group should represent the affected people in its “Name” and in its purpose.
2. Draft a strong international constitution for the group (Which includes “Memorandum and Articles of Association” of the group, and “Rules and Regulations” or “Bye-Laws” for the Branches Worldwide).
3. Study the Nigerian Constitution and Nigerian Laws - as well as the existing Jurisprudence and the system of government - so as to observe and point-out all those “Anti-People” aspects of those Statutes and Jurisprudence and the governance systems. PUBLISH ALL THOSE OBSERVED “ANTI-PEOPLE” ASPECTS IN AN INTERNATIONAL BOOK OR JOURNAL - for reference purposes.
4. Study all the relevant international laws and treaties, especially as it pertains to the right of self-determination of a people, (and also study all the possible solutions to the oppression of a people by their host countries), and publish the reports in an international book or journal - also for reference purposes.
5. After getting all these documents ready for international engagements, the registered group should start advocacy activities in order to raise awareness amongst the people, especially as it concerns all those “anti-people” aspects of the constitution (including the laws, and the government) of the host country. The group must ensure to adhere to a “PRACTICAL ZERO-VIOLENCE APPROACH” in all their advocacy activities, and they must remove every form of frustrations in all their advocacy outreaches - this particular step requires extreme patience and caution.
6. Also as part of getting ready for International Engagements, the group should conduct an internal referendum amongst “the affected people” which it represents; both for those people who are residing in the host-country & those in the diaspora. The affected people would have to vote whether they still want to be governed by the constitution (and by the laws) of the host country, and furthermore, they should also vote whether they still want to continue being governed under the leadership of the host country. The accreditation data that were gathered during the internal referendum should be properly documented by the group. And then, The actual votes which were casted by those “accredited persons” in the referendum SHOULD BE HIDDEN. (It should be a secret ballot type of voting, so that what someone voted for cannot be seen, but it was on record that he/she participated). The only necessary data from such an internal referendum should be the final results of the referendum, & the details of accredited persons (WHICH SHOULD SERVE AS POPULATION DATA OF THE PEOPLE IN QUESTION)
7. Armed with all the published documents, and with the population data of the people in question (as gotten during the internal referendum), and also with the final results of the internal referendum; the group should petition the International Organizations against the host country. For instance, some of the international organizations which Nigeria is a member of include ECOWAS, AU, UN, ICJ etc. The group can petition all these international organizations officially and formally. The group would represent itself, and at the same time represent the affected people (or community) in the host country.
Nigeria is actually a host country to a lot of small communities which might want to exercise their rights to self-determination as “A People”.
8. The main question in the petition of the group should be for the International Organizations to determine where the “Sovereignty of a people” actually lies.
a. Is it in a “Constitution” and in a “Judiciary” which had been found to be “anti-people” -- as established and shown by those earlier publications.?
b. Or is it in the elites & the ruling class, & in their tools of leadership which are also “anti-people”?
c. Or is it in THE PEOPLE themselves -- whom the ruling class (with all their tools of leadership) had rendered powerless & speechless, & their little voices made VOICELESS.?
**RETROSPECT: 9. The main reason why all those other past groups who were seeking for the “self-determination” of their people were never successful was because -- they never actually registered their group as an authentic sociopolitical group with its root in Nigeria (the supposed HOST COUNTRY). THEN SECONDLY; THEY DID NOT PLAN THEIR COURSES AND ROUTES TO SELF-DETERMINATION VERY WELL.
Kobojunkie: Whatever you decide is your prerogative. However, can you please ask this gal to feel free to come on to Nairaland to talk about what really happened to her on the day in question?🥱🥱
Yourprick: This the BM-21 Grad multiple rocket launchers Minister of Defense said bombs can't penetrate forests why can't this type of weapons be purchased
MedAnon: Now, anytime someone tells me Anatomy is too hard, I smile. Because the truth is.. The course is not the problem. The method of reading is the real culprit.
This is what we expect to be happening NATION-WIDE..
A situation where “the system” is the system.. Even if you own the system, the system must run its “system” on you fully, without giving you any preferential treatments..
The question now is,, are there no VISITORS to the Estate?? What other ways would visitors identify themselves?? That should be the option the gateman would have made available to the man,, since he seems to be a visitor to the estate.
