I hope you're lucky cuz some sellers won't accept address review after payment but would rather advise that you cancel and re-order it. While some will but may not check their inbox before shipment. Some listings are handled by AliExpress directly or warehouse, in such cases, forget address review.

I didn't go to Uniben,I applied online since march but nobody attended to it. When NASU called off their strike I got this guy's contact from my friend he processed his and paid him( part payment) to start processing mine for me.

Someone from uniben exams and records just called me that my transcript is ready this morning, it's under 3 weeks the guy started the process.
