michaelpop50:No Wahalla |
walesho:Hmmmm.. Na Waa Ooo.. |
michaelpop50:But check am naa.. He was rendering the wrong help. Who told him that I have not linked my NIN?? |
Bolubaba:In your case, it is even possible you have up to 3 NINs to yourself.. Have you dialled *346# on all the three lines?? What were the results?? |
... |
.. |
Lots Of NIN Issues.. I guess that the both of the NINs are mine. I have to believe that for now. .. I have not checked the NINs to confirm them yet, since there is no way available to check the NIN yet. But once I get to know how to check the true identities behind NIN numbers, I will check both of them to confirm that I own both of them. |
My problem started from this earlier thread here.. https://www.nairaland.com/6332905/nin-issues-never-registered-nin/4#97484210 I have not registered for NIMC at all. Unfortunately, I operate with three different MTN numbers, but I am using two out of the three numbers too often. I use them interchangeably in whatever I am doing. .. I just discovered that the two numbers have two distinct NIN numbers attached to them after I dialled *346# on the two different numbers.. .. My third Number doesn't have any NIN record on it yet., although I have used the MTN website to link it with the NIN of my first MTN Line. .. What could even be the cause of someone having Multiple NINs to himself as a result of two different phone numbers?? .. **Modified*** Someone just told me that since I had never gone to register officially with the NIMC, then Double NINs could have been possible due to the NIN Harmonisation Exercise which they did sometime ago, or due to Number Recycling. In the first instance, if it happened that I used more than one phone-number in my registrations across the various platforms such as Voters-Card, BVN, Driver's License, and even International Passport, then, it probably happened that along the line when they did the “Harmonisation of Data” from all these sources/platforms, they generated two different NINs for my two different numbers which happened to get harmonised into the NIN Database from two different sources/platforms. (I guess this was exactly what happened.. I use the two numbers interchangeably.. Two of them are as equally important to me.) In the second instance, if it happened that I recently bought recyled phone numbers that were already used by some other people to register for their NIN long time ago, then it is possible that if I dial *346# it will retrieve their NINs for me. (I guess this wasn't the case though, because the number I bought recently doesn't even have any NIN record. The two lines that have NIN numbers were the lines that I bought between 2003 and 2005.) |
humilitypays:You see this thing you typed above?? That's exactly what NIMC is facing right now.. .. They are already in a lot of mess due to Harmonisation from varied sources. They are facing identity mis-match and data mis-match in gross quantities. |
beejaay:(@Bolded) Please come again.. And explain better.. .. Is there any other thing the NIN is supposed to do for us apart from the Linking with Phone numbers?? (Please, explain the part of Other Social Services)... |
dustmalik:Please Chat him privately too.. |
humilitypays:Thank You So Much For Seeing My Point With Me. .. We hope that NIMC would make things easier and better and faster for Nigerians. |
Ingriid:See, do you want to join them?? Who are those people that tried to help me that I was harsh on?? If someone tries to insult me, I pack it back to the person in full dose. .. Park One Side First. You No Get Better Talk. |
HenryWilliams:Thanks For Pointing It Out.. |
HenryWilliams:Thanks For Pointing It Out.. |
dallyemmy:HONESTLY,, THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT AND THE VALUABLE THING THAT WILL HAPPEN IN NIGERIA. |
beejaay:This is all I had been trying to get all these while.. Thank You So Much For Explaining Things Very Well For Me. .. So, I should not be in a rush for now. And also, I should relax and be rest assured that the NIN is mine After-all. |
chiefololade:Ok.. Thanks.. I will do this first thing on Tuesday Morning. |
alickic:Thank You So Much. |
Olarsview:Only this part got my attention.. Please, is there an official statement released to this effect.? Is it officially confirmed that all these agencies actually registered people for NIN number at some point in time?? (The reason I am asking is because NIMC actually denied such possibilities) |
walesho:My Brother, no just mind all of them.. They are rushing to answer good citizens online, not knowing that they are showcasing something else that is far worse than mediocrity and stupidity. .. Meanwhile,, tell me more about the Bolded Statement above. How did it happen exactly? (so that we can take the complainants up from this end) |
femi4:Reply quick.. Please, I need you to drop the link to the site from where you cropped out this photo.. I WANT TO CONFIRM SOMETHING... .. Thanks
|
femi4:Na Waa Ooo.. From this Nonsense Picture you shared here, probably from another useless blog (if not, you drop the link let us read the full contents),, it is clear that you also believed that it wasn't only BVN that NIN harmonised their database with,, but that they also harmonised their database with lots of other agencies... That means, agencies like INEC too, NPC, FRSC, Immigration, and so on?? .. That means, If I happened to register for my Voter's Card in 2014, or that I renewed my Driving License or my International Passport in 2014, then I automatically have a NIN that was generated and assigned to me, even if I didn't go to any of the designated NIMC Registration Centres as of then?? ... Hahahahahahahahahahahaaahahaaha.. Very Pitiable You Are, Okay??
|
femi4:Oga Sir,, you better start the Insults on me all-over afresh ooo... But I must school you properly on this one. Stop believing every rubbish you see online. |
femi4:NIMC said that there was no breach in their Database.. And they made it clear that no other agency or private body had anything to do with their database.. See the News Links Below.. .. NIN REGISTRATION: NIMC CLEARS AIR ON BREACH OF DATABASE. NIMC DEBUNKS CLAIM ON BREACH OF DATABASE. https://www.thecable.ng/nigerias-database-not-breached-says-nimc https://www.vanguardngr.com/2020/12/nimc-debunks-claim-on-breach-of-database/amp/ https://dailypost.ng/2020/12/23/nin-registration-nimc-clears-air-on-breach-of-database/ .. So Mista-man, answer me. Where exactly did you get the “Harmonisation” News from?? |
femi4:Now it is official.. You are actually spreading Fake News.!! |
falcon01:My Brother,, thank you so much for understanding what I was trying to say.. .. I really didn't understand the exact reason why Femi4 insulted me shaa ooo.. .. I just took it that he is one of those paid trumpeters.. If not, then a high-level zone-bee. Or something of that sort.. All those people who have lost their proper sense of reasoning, and whenever serious technical questions are being asked, they would rush to senselessly defend some crazy political errors, thinking that the technical questions on ground had some political undertone, not knowing that such questions transcended political gimmicks, and when correctly answered without bias to a good logical conclusion, would help the larger Nigerian Population. |
eskimoeze:Just follow the steps in the attached photo below....
|
ikennamadu1:Mr Time-waster.. I am not going to register.. I already have a NIN,, so Sharrrapp.!! Let those people that do not have a NIN go and register first.. .. Meanwhile, stop showcasing lame wokeness here.. You're not the only person that saw this thread. So, why are you registering your frustrated attention here? |
elpochas:Ok.. As for me,, I am definitely among the last set of people that did the BVN stuff.. That means, I am not supposed to have a BVN-Generated NIN. |
alickic:Please, if you wouldn't mind...,, and if he wouldn't mind too, can you drop his Nairaland Moniker here?? Like, quote him properly., let us meet him. Thanks. |
. What BluntNigerian is trying to say is that he has NIN attached to his number, but he wants to confirm through the NIMC website or an official website if it really belongs to him.
