Orlando Owoh: Was there any air mishap in FFK's tenure.
Your question sounds unintelligent. The man spent 6months and was removed. Do u think its because of his competence? Look at him now, can u trust him with any position?

Let me ask u? If Abraham hadnt carnal knowledge of his house maid, would there have been Mohammed? This is how annoying that ur persistent question sounds. It is devoid of any intellect and does not deserve any intellectual response.

ideylaff: How low my Nigeria has fallen..... where provision of Basic amenities is now a measure of great leadership... omasheoooo

Road Construction is now the yard stick of good stewardship...

My People have bn pounded for too long , that even a borehole and a 1 or 3 km bridge that heads nowhere becomes a sign of Well done ..

LORD Have mercy....

Doyin Okupe could not even list Health, Education... he listed the sham job they call nation building they are using to move money out of the system in preparation for 2015 as a show of The Lady called President Jonathan leading us nowhere....
Dont whip up sentiments here Mr. Man. We are talking relatively. Is it now u realise that these people have been taking us for a ride. Your alternatives to the present will destroy us further.

simpleseyi: Shame to people that brought up idiotic fools like you including Aguyii Ironsi who was used for suya by the Hausa/Fulani suya-men, Nnamdi Azikwe who was Tafawa Balewa's errand boy, Alex Ekweme who made himself house maid to a school teacher Shehu Shagari, Ojukwu who married FFK's leftover, Sylvester Ugor who was to be houseboy to Bashir Tofa before MKO disgraced them, China Achebe who chased Nobel price to his grave, Sheppopotamus and Jonathan who were cooks to Turai Yar'adua before Wole Soyinka and Pastor Bakare matched to Abuja to bring them out of the kitchen, and the endless list of nonentities from Biafra.
Another Fani Kayode. U talk without thinking. Why are u lot like this? You harbour hatred for others but pretend to want to reason with them, when the argument doesnt go ur way, ur true nature comes out. Its called pretending. It also stems from realising that ur superior brain was all the while delusional.

Remember ur Awolowo when u make comments against others.
PoliticsRe: Fashola: Nigeria Must Punish Those Behind Aviation Woes by Bobandgreat: 8:09am On Oct 15, 2013
Nobody is talking about sister hood here. We are talking about rot in the aviation industry that just like Nepa, was perpetuated by ur sisters and brothers. Allow somebody else time to correct these things, u want to use petitions to distract her. Well, there is news for u, the person in charge is not one of ur masters that would have done it as a favour for his slaves. Quit crying and sabotaging, nobody cares anymore.

Who cares about what Tinubu thinks or says. He can only remain relevant among his people. The rest of Nigeria see him as a thief, even the Hausa-Fulani he is trying so hard to suck up to have no regards for him.

maxwello.yg:
He is not tribalistic this time around. He only helped people from his state and far as I know, those people are the closest to him. I know many Ife graduates are brilliant and most people he helped have been jobless for years so why shouldn't he help them? If you had drug for Hiv Aids and your brother and distant relative have Hiv, who would you give this cure? Wouldn't you give it to your brother first?
If tomorrow, I get a high seat and decide to employ many brilliant UNN graduates that have been jobless for years, you would call me tribalist? Charity begins at home please. If you wanna help the soceity start by helping the closest people around you who need your help desperately.
That's just it.
God! You must be a Yoruba man! Everybody can now see hw these ppl reason. Tribalism comes naturally to them. They don't even know its wrong. I am just so sad for this country right now.

See them Femi Fani - Kayode type of person. Wiser than Solomon attitude. When u don't know and do not know that u don't know, u are compound dullard. We r trying to build a society where equity n justice must prevail and not by currying favours through prostration and amala tribalistic hypocrisy.

PoliticsRe: Lagos Where Immigrants Deport Immigrants by Bobandgreat: 5:47am On Aug 11, 2013
The story is not fake. Fashola and Tinubu should be deported to their respective States for lacking the ability to positively tackle the problem of poverty in Lagos State. There will always be the poor among us, pushing them far away from u is not how to tackle it. In the words of Phil Collins "......think twice. Its just another day for u and I in paradice".
For being idealistic destitutes, Fashola and Tinubu should be deported to their various States.

payless: This poster is a sensible guy. PDP zoning arrangement is between the North (Hausa/Fulani) and South (Yorubas) only. Igbos are never part of this arrangement. Only the smart ones who act without emotion know this. The blind ones that act on emotion are right behind Jonathan hoping he hands over to them if he wins second term. It is not possible. As a matter of fact, Jonathan is fighting for his political career in PDP. Second term ticket is not a shoe-in for him.

People like Rochas and Ngige have seen the light and are doing the right thing, but the vocal minorities among Igbos are courting enemies here and there.

Igbo people............ Heading for political journey of no return.
Becareful so that u don't make him ur role model. He could be Okorocha on nairaland.
@topic, Igbos don't want to usurp power by all means like the Hausa/Fulani/Yorubas. Igbos can survive with or without it. They just want a non bigoted, charismatic young, idealistic, God fearing, and zero corruption tolerant person leading this country. Until Igbos can see such a person presented by any political party, they will continue to lend their votes to the better of the lot.

tankoemmanuel: Only last month, a very big plaza in Olodi, Apapa, belonging to Igbo entrepreneurs and housing hundreds of Igbo traders was burnt at night. The next day Fashola was at the site and promised to rebuild it at Lagos State’s expense. No Igbo governor has visited the place up to this moment, and none has promised to assist the victims. Last December, Ngozi Nwosu, an actress, was reported to be down with a serious liver ailment, so an appeal fund was launched. No Southeast government, including her home state of Imo State, responded, just as no wealthy Igbo men and women did. Only N1.5 million out of 6 million needed for treatment in the United Kingdom, could be raised. Fashola provided the remaining N4.5 million. And now some so-called Igbo activists are accusing him of anti-Igbo sentiments.

Two months ago, Fashola completed the biggest housing estate he has built and named it for Emeka Anyaoku, an erstwhile Commonwealth secretary general from Anambra State. At a time some Igbo people cannot be hired as teachers or civil servants in South-eastern states, Fashola recruits them in large numbers, with some becoming judges and magistrates. His Commissioner for Economic Planning and Budget, Ben Akabueze, is from the Southeast. The chief executive of the state Infrastructure Maintenance and Regulatory Agency, Joe Igbokwe, is an engineer and publisher from Nnewi. Mac Duruigbo, from Imo State, is Fashola’s Personal Assistant on the Media.

Fashola gave Ikemba Nnewi practically a state burial last year in Lagos, the only non-Southeast governor to accord the famous Biafran leader this high honour. He was the only governor who attended last March the Chinua Achebe colloquium at Brown University on Rhode Island, United States, where he praised Achebe for his monumental achievements at a time the great writer was the butt of criticism by the Yoruba political establishment following Achebe’s unflattering remarks about Obafemi Awolowo in his new book, There Was A Country, a personal account of the Nigerian civil war. So, how did some of us come about the brainwave that the dynamic and cosmopolitan Lagos State governor is anti-Igbo? Simply because his government relocated some Igbo elements to their home state, some of whom came to Lagos to do business but instead took to hard drug consumption and became urchin, better known as “area boys”! Interestingly when Fashola began to crack down on “area boys”, most of whom are from his state, Igbo traders were over the moon, rejoicing that the governor had saved them from the miscreants of “area boys” who had for decades been tormenting the traders daily, extorting huge sums from them and viciously assailing those who refused with dangerous weapons.
My brother, sheath ur sword. Igbos don't hate Fashola. They are only concerned with this new found love between the Yorubas and Hausa/Fulani (orchestrators of Boko Haram) that kill Igbos and christians with impunity. Fashola spanned the embers of critisism from Igbos because Igbos are suspicious of APC and believe the party is anti igbo/christian. Deportation of Ndigbo is seen by the average Igbo man to represent the first series of anti Igbo/christian activities secretly nursed by this party.

PoliticsRe: Dress Code In Lagos House Of Assembly Worthy Of Emulation by Bobandgreat: 5:41am On Aug 08, 2013
Dress code could be a problem for some cultures in the SW but a non issue for others as others have learnt to dress officially during official businesses and culturally during cultural businesses. It comes naturally, u don't need to give dress codes to grown ups like secondary school children.

AnanseK: The evil government of an incompetent President . Declares state of emergency to improve security and the result is massacre of citizens and school children. 40 school children massacred under care of the so called security forces . And they themselves now kill another 40 extrajudicially. And some idiots are celebrating. GEJ is a disaster greater than 10 earthquakes or 10 atomic bombs on Nigeria
Kindly make statements that will change the mindset of ur people because with or without security, if they have made up their minds to kill, they will kill.
PoliticsRe: Hamzat In Pole Position To Succeed Fashola by Bobandgreat: 4:44am On Jul 10, 2013
Please, when a Christian is elected governor once again, let me know. A region that boasts of a lot of pastors can not produce one competent christian governor for over a decade now. I can't believe its only muslims that can do the right things in Lagos. SMH! @ slave mentality of these people. I wonder what would have happened to their people during slave trade. It would have been a fertile ground for easy harvest for the whites while a few of them would be whining against it with nobody listening to them just like they had Fela, Gani, Tai solarin, etc. If these men were alive now God knows they would have continued their whining to no effect.
PoliticsRe: Is Buhari A Boko Haram Sponsor? by Bobandgreat: 4:28am On Jul 10, 2013
Buharam is not a sponsor of Boko Haram rather he is a benefactor of sponsors money for Boko Haram because he is a strategist for Boko Haram. He is a commander in their spy network. I am even suspecting that he is the Shekau we are looking for since he could use any face on You tube to pass across his message.

Please, one other thing keeps bugging me. Is it a coincidence that North wants to negotiate for 2015 while Boko Haram is declairing sieze fire and Ramadan is around the corner. Could it be that Boko Haram has failed and they now want to use another diabolical means to hold the whole nation to ransom or they just want peace so they can observe their Ramadan and thereafter, continue their mayhem. Kindly inform us if u have the answer to this dilemma.

No! Its uncalled for now in Nigeria. But its very possible in BokoHaristan and long over due. We all know the regions that make up this nation. But, I will still point them out: NE and SW.
