garfield, the court order was obeyed. Another congress was conducted. It is during this election tribunal that we suddenly hearing that the congress wasn't conducted in all the lga's.

The question every right thinking person is asking, did any member of PDP went back to the court to complain that the congress wasn't conducted. The answer is an emphatic No!

No PDP member complained at the high court that it wasn't conducted. Or that they were excluded

Suddenly, at the election tribunal, the APC who weren't party to it complain about it at the tribunal and got favorable judgement.

We are talking about a pre election matter being brought to the election tribunal specifically created for that purpose. Common garfield.

I am asking how does that concern the APC that PDP got no structure. Were they expected to present it at the election tribunal that PDP had no structure. Is the election tribunal where you talk about structure. What happened to the high court
