What is the exact message you saw on the tracking portal? Did you opt for

I opt for courier n I paid in abuja VFS. When I check the tracking portal 4 out of the 5 passport message is that is courier but my own tracking is saying is under process at CVA

Pls I want to know, I went to VFS abuja on 27th June to submit passport of family of 5 Canada, on Monday 3rd July I received a mgs that 4 out of the 5 passport is been courier but have not gotten it yet , my as the principal when I try to track the id is saying is on under process. Pls can anyone advice what to do.
