I wanted to put my smart LG tv for sale so as to get a bigger inches tonight,so the potential buyer told me to do the video of the tv by operating it with the remote.

So after doing the video and he saw the tv displayed android on the screen,he said he doesn't have interest again that he wants only smart tv. So the argument started and I told him isn't smart tv and android the same? Since they both can connect to wifi to watch YouTube and Netflix and other o online apps,but he disagreed that he wants only smart tv, without telling me how to spot the difference in case of next time.

So pls experienced tech gurus how do one spot the difference between smart tv and android one, and what make them different?

Have you driven a car before? No wonder we have accidents happening on our roads and one keeps on wondering if a human or some other creature from the farm drove the vehicle.

I have been driving a manual car since 2006 and have been driving on the fast lane/inter state since 2009. I never went to driving school.

I don't doubt that figure. At least 20k is given to anyone who is willing to vote for APC. We practise an open-secret voting system so once you indicate interest to vote for APC, you will be given a small card, a particular APC agent will stylishly monitor the movement of your hand to know who you vote for, once it's confirmed that you vote for APC, you submit the card and get your money. Initially, 30k/40k was given to APC voters, it was later reduced to 20k. Before election day, money(10k) was given out to people as long as you say you will vote for APC. People lined up in secondary school field to get this free money. Money was also shared at the community level and ward levels, landlords get special money to mobilize community members.

If all these people could get money, one can only imagine what the APC thugs, louts, party leaders/excos, party members, polling agents, wards agents would enmass. I got to know a man who works/worked in the local government and supposedly made millions from the election.
