The truth is that our leadership is not taking security of lives and property as a critical ingredient of Nation Building. Tell me how lasting development will come to any community infested with this kind of violence?
Why will our finest not find all means to exit this country to saner climes? The hands of our politicians are dirty, that is why cultism thrives. It all cascades from a Federal level that will not allow a free and fair elections, but employ the state machinery and local thug lords to rig elections, down to state level. My brother stop beating yourself up. It happened to the best of us and still happening to some. I understand the self guilt it comes with. I will advise you start working on your mind positively. The negative feeling you have after each moment is enough conviction to stop. First try reducing( eventually eliminate) your exposure to those things that drive you to masturbate. E.g Porn, unclad pics etc. Try very much to engage as much, your mind in useful activities to reduce idle mind.
