Lastly, What's the probability of PPR after getting medical passed, even though the applicant did an upfront medical.

Hi guys, please I would like to ask if the rate IRCC use is the rate available on the application submission or rate of the day the application is being treated... Bcoz I use 860cad to 1cad last week when I submitted and now is 715 to 1cad.

1. What docs are co-sponsor needed to submit?
2. Also if someone with some loan in Canada can be a co-sponsor?

Although the person has sent 13000cad to my account and also paid 5000cad first term tuition fees.

And ready to give a letter of support to show his willingness to do more once the application is approved.

Also, please I want to know for anyone that paid a deposit to know if it is added as part of available cash or only cash in bank statements?

Please the gurus in the house, please I want to ask if students loan is advisable for POF for study visa especially from microfinance bank here in Nigeria. Will it fly or I should just source for the fund elsewhere

I want to ask if Student Loan from any micro finance bank is acceptable for POF for canada student visa,

Secondly, which one will the gurus in the house advise between financial Deed of gift and the Student Loan, or both can fly ? Also do I need to show pictures or document from the family member giving me the gift?

Lastly is it compulsory to show POF in commercial bank account? Or microfinance bank will do...
