I have never being a fan of checking what types of tanks, or flyer jets or carrier is the best or most effective, i wasn't just interested. util about 12 years ago, when an indian will boost of how beautiful their army was and its capabilities, i never understood them, i looked on them as "silly". Why would anybody need something to kill another person? My father taught me how to settle matters amicably without a single throw of a punch, and i am very good at it.
Yet the rants went on for another 6 years, while i watched the same people (indians, americans, british, arabs, russians mongolians and strangingly some silly black dudes) argue over which weapon is the most capable, then i decided i will learn something about what makes people feel good about beautiful weapons that can destroy the entire planet.
So i started seeing tanks, guns of different calibers, jets, sub-marines, carriers of the air and on the sea, b2 and nuclear weapons and warheads in hundreds of thousand and those are the known, what about the unknown warheads, well (that is just numbers), They really were so proud of themselves. Then i ask "who do your government want to fight"? clearly those weapons will kill the bearers let alone the opponent having also a good measure of destructive weapons. So who do they want to fight? that was the last time most from that group stop boosting about wastage of money.

When you can look into this questions and answer it, you would understand that nato and russia are just one entity playing good cop and bad cop, and they can interchange whenever they need to deceive and maneuver the public.
Who are they accomolating and building weapons against, it is never enough.
For Africa? you can see our people yourselves and for ourselves, shoprite can kill us all without us even noticing. For china? i strongly doubt that. SO FOR WHO? Do your researches.
