RomanceRe: Are Men And Women Equall: ? by bolanleodu(op): 10:15pm On Jan 05, 2010
Some would argue that all physical evidence e.g strength, agility, wit, ego or even material possession, points to the existence of this superiority. Even most religion subscribe to this view and end up relegating women to the background or classify a woman along with a man's physical possession, Maybe this view point is right at least society sees it like that.

Why has this thread suddenly began to sing a tribalistic song? Though the truth must be told that hausa/fulani leadership has succeeded in burying their people in ignorance esp through religious means this does not mean that all muslims are fanatical or that islam is totally damnable, This issue would stop being a problem once we have a complete leadership haul.
RomanceRe: Is It Compulsory To Wash Your Husband's Clothes? by bolanleodu: 10:52am On Jan 05, 2010
@ harakiri, i agree with you that issues like the one in this thread ruins a lot of marriages, another angle to it is that this should ordinarily be done out of love but we shouldn't ignore the fact that it the role of the wife. As for those ranting about westernization, even whites- brits, americans, black americans, imbibe this fact into their marriages at least to keep and preserve it.

@ beejaie, dont you think that since feminism is a western idea, women shouldn't subscribe to such ideas and there should be a return to the original African ideologies which relegates women to the background,
RomanceRe: Are Men And Women Equall: ? by bolanleodu(op): 10:06am On Jan 05, 2010
I couldn't but ask. The idea of feminism is growing strong and most time you read posts by some women who think they are equal to men. The motive of this thread is to question such thinking and provide overrall answer as to whether a man is superior in all things to a woman or if its the other way round or even if both genders are equal.

First i must say that what i write here are not my personal views, Are men and women equal considering the fact that women where not in God original plan for creation. Women only came into the picture probably as a play thing to help call out Adam's amusement from the boredom that would have ordinarily killed him or probably not to give him excuse for bestiality.

I can see one has to pray harder to get a good wife nowadays, No wonder most marriages dont last.

Nigerians are the most wonderful of GOD'S creations, i bet you didn't know that, just that they are too forgiving. Get your black racist behind off NL nitwit. This story is flawed, a somali run for a Nigerian, i cant stop laughing.

PoliticsRe: Maryam Babangida Is Dead! by bolanleodu: 6:56pm On Dec 27, 2009
@ kizi, was only slipping sagamite a piece of advice and i think he got the message. @ gentle soul, i didn't wish nobody death, i would be stupid of me because it a prayer already answered for all mortal, i dont need to wish it. One day time will be up for all of us and that includes you the only prayer is that i doesn't come in a very very long time.

PoliticsRe: Maryam Babangida Is Dead! by bolanleodu: 6:17pm On Dec 27, 2009
Okay! she died, its not for me to judge for all i know and am sure you'r all in the dark too she might be somewhere in the warm embrace of God. repentance is redemption you know! Anyways i hope she did repent before she died but secretly i wish i'd be the one to judge.
PoliticsRe: Vice Presidents House To Cost 7 Billion Naira by bolanleodu: 7:48am On Dec 26, 2009
If Goodluck authorised this as chairman of FEC, i think he just clinched his ticket out of the presidency. I'll only be restating the obvious if i say Nigerian Leaders are utterly corrupt their humanity has left them and so they dont recognise other's humanity when they see it. Am not suprised but the time will come soon, when change will creep into this system and adjust the landscape, even your prayerful and religious minds know this.

Utterly shocked! But let no one be the judge here. The word of God has spoken enough about this and a think that should kind of screen off the shock. I mean it the judge of this case is God not you. Beware.

BusinessRe: ATM Fraud Victims Sue CBN, 24 Banks In Class Action by bolanleodu: 8:59pm On Dec 15, 2009
Good to hear but i dont see much coming out of the suit, they've only ended up making some counsel millions of naira rich, which by the way is a good thing. From the above post i dont think they have a case because they seem to lack locus standi since they are suing for Nigerian's and not in a private capacity forgetting that each affected customer has personal fiduciary relation with the banks, I see their action simply failing.
Christianity EtcRe: Do You Believe In Angels? by bolanleodu: 7:30am On Dec 15, 2009
Laughing so hard, i can't believe there are so many confused people here. In my 100 level days as a law student i studied philosophy but i found out that the whole exercise was specifically designed for confusionist. Have you not heard that SOMETIMES IGNORANCE IS BLISS. There are somethings that should be left alone and the question posed here by some incredulous elements is just one of it.
Christianity EtcRe: Do You Believe In Angels? by bolanleodu: 9:20pm On Dec 14, 2009
I believe in angels, actually had more than two contact with them both in real time and dream but seekin to understand them is like seekin to understand the existence of God which is an un achievable feat, for this reason i'll not comment any further.
PoliticsRe: Best Governor Of The Year 2009 by bolanleodu: 7:41am On Dec 10, 2009
@ nchara, you said Lagos collects VAT, i proved you wrong but i never said the money doesn't get shared. I was only alluding to factor that affect the sharing and if you read other post other than yours while also getting the msg you would see someone mentioned population which is just 1factor of other factor affecting reven. allocation and thus Nig's deformed fiscal federalism. Until i notice an ounce of common sense in your post then it is bye bye to you and your foolishness.
PoliticsRe: Best Governor Of The Year 2009 by bolanleodu: 11:23pm On Dec 09, 2009
Without apologies i'll say you foolishness knows no bound, and the audacity of your ignorance is scary, am the learned man cun tax administrator thats very sorry for you. You earlier mentioned that Lagos state collects VAT, you are wrong admit it and as for the sharing, you know nothing about Nigeria's absurd type of Fiscal Federalism. As 4rm now hence 4th i refuse 2 giv cognisance to ur unlimited expression of follies.@ paddy lo, that guy says a lot of rubbish, i wonder if attends NEC meeting or he shar it
PoliticsRe: Best Governor Of The Year 2009 by bolanleodu: 11:06pm On Dec 09, 2009
@ femmy, I partly agree with you but the thing is i doubt if there is any state without state TV stations. The thing is when something big is happening we tend to hear it. When some white zimbabwean farmers came to kwara state, we all heard, Fayose's poultry before it became fraud, we all heard, Donald Duke's Tinapa, we all heard, its a case of RES IPSA LOCQUITOR,
PoliticsRe: Best Governor Of The Year 2009 by bolanleodu: 10:41pm On Dec 09, 2009
, It is just plain ignorance for anybody to state such nonsense. Some that claim to be detribalised are really and truely not they'd rather be stupendiously iconoclastic. I laugh a lot when i come here but the thing is, the answer to the question in this thread is in Lagos and its Governance. Fashola is truely the best serving Governor no matter what some bad belle people say or think, Simple.
PoliticsRe: Best Governor Of The Year 2009 by bolanleodu: 10:26pm On Dec 09, 2009
I watched closely and noticed that no one challenged Nchara's wrong and nonsensical assumption that Lagos state recieves Value Added Tax VAT. It fall along side items like custom and excise duties, post, telegraph and telephones, stamp duties etc which are under the exclusive legislative list of the part1, 2nd schedule 1999 constitution. Its a federal tax and it determined and colleted by the FGN not states. Even stamp duties tax shared among states is first collected by the FG. It is just plain ignorance.
