go to any branch of the bank whr u registered, preferrably the exact branch, and trying enrolling again with a different phone number. After 24 hrs the system will throw up your correct BVN. However, it will come with someone else's name, your pic. and finger-prints. the bank will thereby change the names with your full names. And you are good go. Guy,honestly,i believe it's GOD that led me to initiate that move

my daughter is having this same issue now
she went to bank to do some transaction that needs them to print the bvn
only for her to see its my uncle picture thats in the bvn
every other thing is intact except her pix
i have sent her to gtbank where she did it to complain

am surprised because she has been using this bvn since 2 years only to discover this today

Please confirm if ur uncle was wit her when she enrolled for bvn as dats will be why!
Then ur uncle shld validate his bvn too. Preferably fingerscan validation. I am super sure it has someone pic.
Solution
If d above are true, ur uncle visit gtb any branch wit valid id and that is correct.
Ur daughter can re.enrol if ur uncle finger scanning reveal his picture wit that bvn ur daughter is carrying.

Not a big deal really to be honest.
