Accountant

Job Description

Performs routine professional accounting duties requiring limited independent judgment. Monitors, audits and reconciles departmental accounts. Researches and creates new accounts and codes. Prepares journal transactions, balances accounts, reconciles errors and takes corrective action. Assists in the preparation and monitoring of various departmental budgets. Advises management of cash deficits. Prepares audit schedules in support of internal and external audits. Maintains databases and assimilates financial and statistical data. Prepares routine operational and statistical reports. May assist with computer operations for the various departments. May maintain departmental grants and monitor petty cash activity. Coordinate invoice preparation, payables and/or receivables.

Performs related responsibilities as required in the organisation during his/her employment.

Operations Manager

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

Act as the operational focal point and point of contact for summary status/progress for the organization.

Be in charge of fund raising activities and to be able to raise funds for the organisation.

Facilitate and engage all stakeholders in the ownership and delivery of relevant projects.

Ensure that all requirements, project plans, and changes to commitment are communicated to all affected team members, stakeholders and necessary leadership. Implement the approach, schedule and deliverables for the team.

Ensure that each project is fully reported upon within the Reporting Framework as well as the Projects Database, including adherence to required fields and quality expectations.

Work with the Finance Programme to ensure Project budgets are documented, monitored, tracked, and reported on at agreed intervals.

Monitor infrastructure set up project plan and dependencies of Organisational Support Functions.

Define team member roles and expectations, and ensure timely feedback. Ensure that project resources receive any necessary information they need in order to deliver upon their responsibilities.

Monitor scope, schedule, budget, quality, risks, and issues and make recommendations for adjustments and mitigation strategies as necessary.

Manage relationships and coordinate work between different teams at different locations and ensure that integration remains key to all relationships and processes.

Ensure that the project teams follow all quality assurance processes, including periodic reviews and transitions.

Review and manage all changes through a formally defined scope change process.

Utilize the latest impact reporting and process design methodology for application to the various projects being delivered within the team.

Communicate objectives policies, standards, procedures, and processes to individual project managers, and help monitor compliance.

Monitor, at a detailed level, work plans, timelines, and milestones for projects within TFVS.

Identify and track cross-project dependencies and communication practices which will bring increased value to the work performed by project teams.

Identify scope changes (e.g., changes which may affect the budget, timeline, or performance outcomes), and escalate them to the proper leadership.

Facilitate the resolution of project team and cross-project team issues.

Supervising staff and giving feedback effectively.

This is to notify new bloggers using wordpress that hackers are real. They try to access your administrator account and will try as many hits as possible. They keep trying to login, after a certain number of hits, you most likely will not be able to sign in using your administrator account. I used Wordfence to block their IP's. I also did not set automatic registration. I need to give you access as an administrator to get a user account. I learnt my lesson the hard way.
