Ok, I'm the firstborn and the firstboy of the family while my immediate brother is the thirdborn. I'm 10 and he's 2 (I think) and we are playing somehow I causes him to bit his tongue and immediately he reported me to our mother who is nearby that "I bite his �" I'm confused and thought that maybe he mistakely constructed the sentence since that will mean I kiss him & bite his tongue. Our mother react and gave me a good knock on my head �� refusing to believe my side of the story, turning I saw my little brother smiling with a smirk on his face (apparently things work out the way he wanted) I'm shocked and from that day onward I distanced myself from him; I don't play with him. Recently I been thinking about the incident I guess I'm really traumatized by it �. What should I do guys? Should I bring up the matter again now that he's older and discuss it with our mother? I will really appreciate your help on the matter.

I'm 6months pregnant. The way I work hard before doing my small business has declined. I have successfully saved 500k.

My husband is not helping fianancially at all. He claimed he's into Forex trading and online business. All his money goes there.
He promised we will change appartintment from the free one we're presently in, but as soon as I agreed and got pregnant, he relaxed and refused to make any effort toward that.
I will soon deliver and he has no savings. He has not been contributing to any of my hospital expenses, home upkeep either. All his money goes into paying loan app and funding his online business.

I'm so disappointed in him.

He keeps petting me with words. He's cunning and manipulative.
I feel like getting an apartment and move there alone without him.

I want a better accommodation before I put to birth. Our present place is terrible, it needs renovation. Almost everywhere is leaking during rain.

I'm thinking of getting a one bedroom apartment of 350k from my money. I know more expenses await me and all that, but I really need to stand up for myself and my forth coming baby.

What do you suggest I do?
In this marriage, I've seen I'm going to be all by myself fianancially.
How should i manage this season in my life to scale through? Pls advise

Good day Nairaland.
Please how do I recover my money from Union Bank?
On 19th April 2022, I went to use their ATM at about 8:10 a.m and I was debited N20k without cash dispense because the machine went off while counting the money due to power failure from the bank's generator house.
After 24hrs I went to their branch to lay a compliant and they acknowledged the dispense error and started that it will be reversed after 24hrs which did not happen.
I called their customer care line 2 days later and one of their agent told me that it will be reversed after 24hrs and that she has sent It for manual reversal.
Despite this I didn't get the reversal.

I again went to the bank last week Friday, 23rd April and the customer service apologized that it must be reversed that day which did not still happen.
I chatted them up on Twitter, and they claim that it has been reversed, and after proving that nothing has been reversed they stopped responding to my messages on Twitter.
I sent them a mail and they didn't respond till yesterday, where they stated that the issue will be resolve within 48 hours.
Nothing has happened yet.
I tried calling their their customer service now and I noticed that I can no longer reach them with my two lines, probably they blocked my line.

P.s; I am fully aware that they have breached their obligation in respect to banker-customer relationship and that I would be entitled to damages if I sue them for this.
But the truth is, instituting a legal action now would be too expensive for me coupled with the litigation process.

Please what do you suggest I do apart from litigation?

Simple. Find an accommodation that can fit into your current finances. Or a place that can accept monthly payment. Next time, never invest more than 30% of your entire portfolio. Try fair money app on google play store for loans. They give up to 500k

I have already started the process. The first image is the "before". I have added gumout all in one fuel system cleaner to the tank. Will take the "after" and compare. It will all come in a video on YouTube.
