Yes exactly I know Bro, I was only wondering why the candidate was offered entry level position even with the level of qualification and experience.

My brother, it flows downward at Firs. An entry level is 10, AM is 9, deputy Mgr is 8 in that orders.

So in their employment letter a senior manager I think is 4 or 5, so as it is going downward so the higher the position.

You can confirm this from people that got an employment from firs.

it is stayed of residence, you are writing the exams as close as you can from your place of residence, you only get to write in another state if your state doesn't have center for the examination or the number of shortlisted people from you state is not enough then you'll be merged with neighbouring state.

Well in my own case, for those that know Abuja well, i stay at Dawaki close to Gwarinpa but exam venue is Mararaba. That's two long distance ends.
