Family / Family Money by BoltLigarus: 3:58pm On Sep 30, 2023
I still feel sick to my stomach when I think about how I lost a huge sum of my family's money trying to learn day trading. It was back in 2023 when I first got interested in passive income and decided I wanted to try my hand at trading. At first, I just paper traded for a few months using fake money to practice buying and selling stocks. I was doing pretty well and made some imaginary profits, so I decided to start trading for real using some of my family's savings.

Big mistake. I put about $50,000 of my parents' retirement money into an online trading account. I thought I knew what I was doing after paper trading for a while. But real money trading was totally different. The market moved so fast and I found myself making emotional decisions instead of sticking to my trading strategy.

Within just a couple weeks, I had lost over 75% of the account balance. I kept trying to make up the losses by taking bigger risks on trades, but it just dug me into a deeper hole. Before I knew it, almost all the money was gone.

Telling my parents was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. They were devastated and incredibly disappointed in me. I had lost a huge chunk of their nest egg that they were depending on for retirement. I felt ashamed and still have a hard time forgiving myself even now.

The whole experience taught me some hard lessons. I learned that trading takes a lot more skill and discipline than I realized. Staring at charts all day does not make you an expert trader overnight. I also learned to never trade or gamble with money that I couldn't afford to lose, especially other people's money.

While I'll probably never get over the regret of losing my family's money, at least I can pass on the warning to others thinking of trying day trading without the proper preparation and caution. Don't be fooled into thinking it's easy money. In the end, it was an expensive crash course for me.
Business / Re: Comme Il Est Facile De Gagner by BoltLigarus: 3:04pm On Jun 15, 2023
Cela dépendra de l'endroit où vous jouez. Peut-être avez-vous besoin de vérifier les bons paris sportifs en Afrique pour pouvoir gagner plus.
Fashion / Re: Slayqueen Flabbergasted That Nigerians Wear Second-hand Clothes: Video by BoltLigarus: 8:14am On Feb 16, 2023
I would rather buy a stylish hat too. Because when I go to various meetings men are suppose to have good business looks. But there is nothing good, alas.

Education / Re: Ae-funai Trains 100 Academic Staff On Blended Learning by BoltLigarus: 6:08pm On Nov 24, 2022
I liked the idea of blended learning. In principle, you can go even further. And implement the class that is not just located in this country, but goes global. You might use classroom software management system to make the access smooth and preserve high quality of video, for example. Do you like my idea?
Properties / Re: Construction Of Two Bedrooms Luxury Apartments by BoltLigarus: 2:05pm On May 26, 2022
Hi there, congratulations with this construction. On one hand I was very happy for you because this new building looks really rich. But on another it looks so out of place as compared to other houses in the area. In Canada we don't construct this way. Plus we think of dryer vent cleaning https://dryerventcleaningtoday.ca/ at all times, so we install vents properly already at the point of construction. So that we won't have problems with them later.
Computers / Re: Post Your Computer (PC) Troubles Here. by BoltLigarus: 8:24am On Jan 20, 2022
I've had a lot of computer troubles throughout my long computer work. But I could have never imagined how really painstaking it would be to transfer one email client into another! Thanks to someone from this forum who gave me import eudora to outlook instruction. So I downloaded this small utility and finished the process fast.
Travel / Re: My Trip To Hawaii, The Aloha State In USA by BoltLigarus: 5:19pm On Oct 26, 2021
Thank you for these beautiful pictures! The U.S. can't be beaten by any other trip destination. Well, almost. And I see you fly in bussiness class? I envy you with the blackest envy imaginable. I want to fly cheap to nigeria because I am on budget, but who knows, maybe they will offer affordable business class too. After all this will be a long flight, and I deserve that!

Pets / Re: Kindly Rate My New Rott At 4 Months Old by BoltLigarus: 4:58pm On Sep 09, 2021
She is really beautiful. So lovely to see her grow. Although I would definitely unchain her. In fact, it is nice to read that there are so many beautiful postings about beloved pets here. I believe that having a dog at home always makes you a better person. I ordered custom pet portraits of my two Shar-pei dogs for my office, and their beautiful looks will be warming my heart during the stressful day when I look at them.
Fashion / Re: 6k Wristwatch Top Notch Brands BVLGARI smart watches,Rolex,Hublot ETC by BoltLigarus: 5:58pm On Aug 27, 2021
So what's the problem? The market is full of cheaper models that are both shock-resistant and water proof! For instance, if you are not sure of what model to choose yet, you can read Cheap Casio G-Shock review in the online magazine and compare all the models with each other. I also like models that are below $50. I am not rich, well, at least not rich yet. So I would rather choose democratic watch, but absolutely safe at the same time.
Autos / Re: Accidented Howo Tipper Truck by BoltLigarus: 7:04pm On Aug 25, 2021
Probably they got into an accident because they were resold multiple times and the owners didn't do any maintenance to them. I would only buy a truck on https://www.truck1.eu/trucks/crane-trucks plus I would do an extra check upon purchase. And I prefer cars with only one owner on top of that. After purchase you must care about your truck too. Change all liquids regularly, and check brakes, steering wheel and suspension!
Programming / Re: Creating A Mobile App by BoltLigarus: 4:12pm On Jul 21, 2021
Hi there I also noticed a few alerts here throughout this forum today. I am not that smart to advise what to do, but sometimes we are just one click away from the right solution. I mean that maybe someone can develop any good app that will help the phone work without indicated bugs. Other than that, nothing comes to my heated head today. And if I need to sign your petition, just share the link to it, I'll do it.
