kalufelix:When Abia state has something meaningful to commission! |
Esseite:[/s] And when last did the US got oil from Nigeria, oh you didn't even know that they had stopped as far back as 2014 when GEJ was there? Did we die? You people are very ignorant! Despite the Army-Shiite palaver and indictment by Amnesty International, did US not just sell some of its Tucano Aircrafts to Nigeria? Where are you guys from self? Are IPOB members this uninformed? Na wa o! Next time you want to quote me, use your brain sir. |
[s] Nukualofa:[/s] And you ended up thinking like daft who does not know how international politics work! With people like you, it's obvious Biafra is a failed project. |
The Presidency can never be more apt than this, Nigeria is no one small African country that the world powers can bully. If Nigeria could call the bluff of the US as regards Same-Sex Marriage, if OBJ could go unscathed with the Odi Operations and that of Zaki Biam, nothing would happen! It seems people are letting emotions run over and are not good observers of international politics, ask yourself, what has the big powers been able to do to leaders of Zimbabwe, Togo, Burundi, South Sudan, Central African Republic with several human rights abuses? Nothing! So if you think they (EU, US), who could not touch leaders of smaller African countries, would do anything to Nigeria over its internal matters, then you need to be delivered. More so, international military interventions are not just carried out based on emotions but on concrete intelligence, these super powers have diplomats around who gather intelligence and believe you me, they know the TRUTH. |

Says a pastor that did not condemn Nnamdi Kanu for his stance on Igbos attending churches with Yoruba G. Os. Says a pastor that could not muster the the courage to tell his Igbo brothers that the military has the right to conduct its drill anywhere. Says a pastor that prefers to locate his church HQ around Anthony-Gbagada area in Lagos instead of any five states in the east. |
Imagine a pastor questioning the benefits of a rail line? So because Daura is the hometown of the President, it doesn't deserve attention? It means a rail line cannot pass through it? The pastor has indirectly insulted the whole people of Daura as if there are no commercial activities there. If the Bishop was knowledgeable enough, he would know that almost every local government in the north contribute to the national food basket and thus a railway line wouldn't be bad for transportation. I hope he questioned GEJ as to why he preferred to site the Federal University in Otuoke instead of Yenogoa. |

I'm so sure some people from the land of the falling sun will still apply. This is the time they'd explain that they are still Nigerians. |
AmericanQuarter:Oga when did Atiku become a statistical authority? Same claim that was busted by Sahara Reporters and was widely discussed here on NL? See this:https://www.nairaland.com/3255508/obiano-lied-5million-vegetable-exports Read how Ikuku Amanoya detailed the lies of Obiano over time here: https://web.facebook.com/AdeolaFayehun/posts/1351271504900652?_rdc=1&_rdr Please provide a link from National Bureau of Statistics detailing the exports from Anambra state in year 2015-2016 and let's know who is truly telling lies. I am not against Obiano but we should as Nigerians be able to differentiate blatant lies from the truth. |
When Bisola addressed the UN days ago, we saw people listen to her I can only see a man who went to pose and have an holiday. OP Please provide a link where we can see the evidence of recognition. |
So because a governor attended a UN Summit now means it was recognized, I opened the link the OP provided only to see a Facebook page of Anambra state government, I was expecting to see a UN affiliated site listing all the achievements of the states and how it's being recognized but NO, Willie might be working, it's his penchant for lies that puts me off about him, Same way he boasted about the exportation of over N5bn Ugu |

I am not in support of Rochas spending hard earned state money on his personal lives BUT I am against the hypocrisy of some people here as regards the lavishness of the birthday, Same people who are 'yabbing' the man here will spend almost all their salaries on their birthdays ( and other engagements), some will even go far to borrow money just to impress and oppress people at their occasions, Let Rochas lavish his birthday so far it's his money and that of other well wishers. |
Happy birthday to you Owelle Rochas Okorocha, The good prophet that does not have honour in his home, Though you might have your flaws but you have been a detribalized Nigerian who has seen beyond the parochial politics of hatred and emotions, The number of children your Foundation has given/is giving hope is a manifestation of your good heart, You are well appreciated, God bless Rochas, God bless President Buhari, God give haters joy. God bless Nigeria. |
PDP still has serious internecine bickering amongst its rankings especially in the SW and I am sure that if not amicably resolved, will be its albatross in the 2019 elections, Kashamu is not a push over in Ogun politics, Ekiti PDP is a time bomb that will definitely explode before March next year unless Fayose backtracks on his imposition of his deputy, PDP should brace up, Nigeria needs a sterile opposition party. |
Nigeria electricity laws, especially the NATIONAL GRID stipulation has to be reviewed, How can I generate electricity with the hard earned money of my state's residents and yet expect me to share it with others who did not invest a dime into electricity in their respective states, The national grid contribution is a cog in the wheel of this country's progress If not for the law, states like Lagos, Rivers, Kwara with IPPs ought not to talk about epileptic power supply. The National Assembly can look into this. |

IPOB is a non violent movement indeed. |
Ok o the |
IPOB supporters are always quick 5o shout INNOCENT CITIZENS, GENOCIDE But the question that runs through my mind like many other fair Nigerians are: How will an innocent citizen attack a mosque because they have a problem with the Nigerian Army? How will an unharmed people be searching for Hausas to kill? IPOB members, over to you. |
Funny |
Chest beating as usual. Always making empty threats without consequential actions. The fact that the Igbos allowed these sets of people to set a path for them shows Igbos are not really ready for national governance in Nigeria. |
Good one. This should rise to billions in few years. God bless the Yorubas. |

If care isn't taken, there will be a time in the future when our federal universities will lose relevance. Admit it or not, private universities have come to stay and are really giving the govt institutions a run for their money. Nigeria needs to up his game. |
Igbos play politics of emotions and not of strategy and critical reasoning, If not that how would a region give over 90% of its vote to someone who did virtually nothing in terms of infrastructure for that region? It baffles me that a certain GEJ who promised a Second Niger Bridge among other things and reneged could garner such a massive vote, The SEners rejected Buhari purely because of emotions (religion and tribe), the SS had to support their son but the SW had to vote PMB because of what they stand to gain and what they lost from GEJ Politics is interests and not emotions. |
Olubadan wants to disgrace himself, Ibadan is just too big for one person to rule, Even the small Abeokuta (compared to IB) has around 4 Kings or so, He should just respect himself. |
Daily Mail perfectly depicted GEJ as a confused fella. |
To an average SEner, DIPLOMACY, TACT & WISDOM by the Yorubas is seen as COWARDICE but the whole world recognizes diplomacy over INITIAL GRA GRA. Those who adopted gra gra method eventually ran off to Ivory Coast and disappeared respectively ![]() |
