Afenifebi is a useless group that has never represented the Yoruba interest well.
Same Afenifebi that's accusing the FG of double standards is yet to expel Olu Falae from its organization for sharing in the Dasuki loots.
I've not seen any forum where Afenifebi condemned NK for telling fellow Igbos not to attend any Yoruba headed church.
Nnamdi Kanu flagrantly flouted courts order and he must be severely punished for it. |

If these different splinter agitating groups can make life unbearable for their governors by demanding good governance and efficient service delivery, the Niger would have since been the region to beat.
If the agitators are sincere, they should have truly known that an average Hausa/Yoruba man isn't their problems but the likes of Ibori, Igbinedion, Uduaghan, GEJ and wife among many others who robbed them blind. |

The Scots made use of the provisions of the British laws and they got a referendum.
IPOB should pester Igbo lawmakers in the NA to move motions for provision for referendum in the 1999 constitution.
Then other Nigerians will take them serious. |

GoldNiagara: The Acting President, Yemi Osinbajo, recently noted that all the 214 people who paid up to N20 million each as tax per annum were resident in Lagos. He went on to add that, of the 914 who paid between N10 million and N20 million tax, only two were resident outside Lagos. Those two are domiciled in Ogun State. |
Politics › Re: Lagos State Deserves A Special Status: Punch Editorial! by Bolustical: 2:18pm On Aug 26, 2017*. Modified: 2:41pm On Aug 26, 2017 |
GoldNiagara: Many states get money simply for contributing practically nothing! According to the Finance Minister, Kemi Adeosun, Lagos State alone generates 55 per cent of the VAT collected in the country, followed distantly by the Federal Capital Territory, which chips in 20 per cent. This means the contribution from the remaining 35 states of the federation is just 25 per cent. Adeosun, at a meeting of the Progressive Governors’ Forum in Birnin Kebbi in Kebbi State, put the VAT returns from Rivers and Kano states at six per cent and five per cent respectively. And when Rivers’ and Kano’s total of 11 per cent is added to that of Lagos and Abuja, making it 86 per cent, it means the remaining 33 states jointly make a paltry contribution of just 14 per cent. a)Lagos- SW 55%
b)FCT- 20%
c)Rivers-SS 6%
d)Kano- NW 5%
Others (SE,NC,NW) 14%
Isn't it surprising that those who claim to control Nigeria's economy did not even contribute as much as FCT?
Are you not amazed that those who tag others as PARASITES are in the same mix with NE who has been ravaged by BH?
Statistics over time have shown and still currently shows that some people do not really contribute but rather live on the wealth of others.
PS: waiting as usual for them to come and tell us how they contributed 99.99% of the VAT generated in Lagos and FCT. |

There are numerous top 50 universities in the world that do not offer medicine and it does not diminish their status
Why offer a course when you are not fully prepared for it?
Whether you like it or not, CU is the next big thing in Nigeria.
I bet in 15 years time (if the govt refuses to adequately fund tertiary education)whether the likes of first generation may not be able to withstand CU's standard. |

myking95: Don't talk ignorantly. Engineers mostly design and in most cases (especially civil and Mech) only troubleshoot what they themselves have designed or if a blueprint is available. Talking about a car, it is a complex machine with many variations across manufacturers and models. Engineer or not, u have to be familiarized with the workings of the car before u fix it. Your example u put forward reeks of ignorance . He is a mechanical engineer, so what? What if he specialized in HVAC? Blame the faulty system. In Europe before going for your degree in mechanical engineering, ur predegree courses will include CAD for mechanical design, basic installations and operations, etc. Blame it on the system and the Nigerian way. But even at that, put forth your points Intelligently Shut up!!!
