A point which needs to be reviewed, I would imagine the main difference being that Falae never received said money directly from ONSA, he signed a memorandum of agreement with PDP and the deal was completed with a funding. Anenih I can't speak for, but Metuh would seem to have been intricately culpable in the whole saga of the ONSA fom the planning of the fraud through to him getting what is s large cut, for " political activity"

That in itself is an indictment, because the ONSA is not a political Santa Claus to PDP.

at a sitting in the supreme Court its made of of seven judges, which before any judgement is passed there must be a majority decision among the seven or an unanimous decision. all the judgements so far are unanimous, so she influenced all the seven justices.
