Guys I need your help!

I started my DS-160 application last month, but didn't complete it. Now the issue is this, I tried logging into my ds-160 page to complete my application, but the message i get each time I put in my application ID is:

"No matching data found"

I would have started a new application, but the issue is, I have already booked an appointment using the old ID.

How do I go about solving this problem

For the last emfrica training I attended last week Saturday (18th June), I paid #1000 for d training. We went in and the gave us some tutorials on logistics. we were then asked to pay for certificate (#2,000) but I don't declined.
