Smh. This is a very stupid press release from the APC. That Supreme Court judgement will destroy their chances of remaining in power at the centre if the Buni leadership goes ahead to conduct any Congress. Litigations from both APC members and opposition parties would see to that. What a stupid party. |
Ohamadike!!!! |
That's too draconian in my opinion. What if they have to do research online and stuff? |
This Koiki guy is very tactless. How can he say such on record? That statement alone may cause the UK to start to monitor his and Oduduwa agitators activities in the UK as potential terrorists. |
Oyedepo is running a business, and his pastors must deliver on their targets else they lose their jobs. It is what it is. ![]() |
Ontop say una do burial? Una no well. That sounds sick. |
How can you compare a city to a small town? Some of you take this dick measuring business too far. |
Obiano really messed-up by allowing APGA to go to the dogs under his watch. Perhaps he's not a good manager of men after all. |
This is a very serious development that's bound to have some interesting implications. I would be shocked if Obiano's faction of APGA didn't foresee a situation like this playing out and then having a plan-B for such an eventuality. |
blues234:Exactly. The saboteur hunt will turn into a witch hunt for settling internal/political disputes. That's how it always ends. E.g, an ipob guy that doesn't like his fellow igbo that he's jealous for whatever reason, can easily accuse/frame him of being a saboteur just to get him out of the way. It's just human nature. |
If this is true then it means Ipob is just packaging slavery as freedom and selling to gullible igbos. This 'saboteur' hunting business will not end well. |
Smh. All these name dropping won't help MNK's case. What exactly is their objective? And where is their evidence against these igbo leaders and Wike? Are they trying to incite their UGM/ESN remnants to attack these individuals? Harming and ordering hits on these men would not lead to the release of MNK from jail. MNK once promised yoruba people 1-million ipob soldiers in support of their own agitation for independence. Now is the time to activate those foot soldiers if they truly exist. They should send them to Aso Rock to rescue director, instead of fooling around with needless propaganda. This is turning into a joke. |

brainhgeek:Ogbeni stop talking nonsense. Which other tribe are you insinuating? Can Yorubas be daring and coordinated enough to go and be burning police stations and murdering igbo natives in igboland? You can't execute this kind of attacks without knowing the terrain and even having local collaborators to enable quick escape. Stop defending nonsense please. |
Smh. I see the FG turning this MNK case into another El-Zakzaki type. His only hope of freedom might be another escape or at worst death while in detention. |
How you will know the answer is by looking at the countries where Nigerians in Diaspora are thriving in large numbers. I would say UK and USA, then maybe the likes of Canada, Ireland, and other English-speaking countries. |
The state government needs to handle the issue with care. The Benin monarchy is an institution that predates any Edo state government. Obaseki (or any governor for that matter) will come and go, but the monarchy will outlive any governor. |

This is a trend I have noticed with Ighoho supporters. Their habit of trying to blackmail Yorubas that they perceive not to be in support of their agitation, by falsely accusing them of collecting bribes or being in collusion with the Fulanis. Their are millions of yoruba that don't support Buhari's style of governance (e.g, Wole Soyinka, Femi Falana, Obasanjo, Ayo Adebanjo, etc, some of whom have publicly declared that they don't yet support yoruba secession but prefer restructuring instead). Igboho supporters have started behaving like Nnamdi Kanu's ipob personality cult adherents, who go about abusing and calling such people names and accusing them of either having been bribed or of being Fulani slaves. Such blackmail may work woth igbos but Yorubas are not igbos. Igboho should call his boys to order because such bully tactics won't work. |
Alex my guy. Your eye still dey inside Mr. Maduka money. |
This APGA wahala is taking a crazy dimension. |
Smh. These people will use conflicting court judgements to destroy their chances of keeping power in the state. We've seen it happen before in other instances. My advice is that Governor Obiano should call a meeting of the factions and use his influence as the only elected governor on the platform (and its defacto leader), to find ways to settle the differences, at least till after the upcoming election. Else, I see fire on the mountain. |

Betrayers are in every tribe, religion, and race. |
Asgard73:But if that's the case then MNK was dumb to still be traveling under a Nigeria passport. Same country where he is being wanted by its government on serious criminal charges. That's a very dumb and stupid move on his part, if truly that was the case. The British passport would have given him more diplomatic cover. BTW, how did he even manage to get an up-to-date Nigeria passport, considering that he was a wanted man? Maybe it's true he was setup. |
SlyDev:For where? The same PDP that intends to field another Fulani as its presidential candidate? APC has a better chance of fielding a Southern president (which would brighten Kanu's chances of getting released), than PDP that has already zoned the Presidential ticket to the North. |
Op, what do you intend to gain with all these type of posts? I have observed that you are fond of opening this type of threads to stoke emotions with this superiority argument. You don't need it. Those that control Nigeria's economy across different tribes don't know you exist. Go and hustle and make your own money instead of promoting ethnic division. |
Who are those sponsoring all these factions? |
All of a sudden Igboho is sounding calm. Could this be because of the Nnamdi Kanu arrest? The moment some of his supporters started threatening to confront the FG in solidarity with ipob was when I started feeling suspicious about them. Yorubas are not known to be flippant, hasty, nor tactless in their choice of battles. Igboho should use the Kanu predicament as a reason to modify his movement's strategy and tactics. I am happy he has toned down on his threats against yoruba leaders that don't see eye to eye with him concerning the agitation for secession. He should also call his exuberant and uncouth supporters to order so that they don't burn bridges that he may later need in the future of the struggle. Kanu's fate should be a big lesson to the Oduduwa Republic agitators. |
Sho! So APGA never settle this their party matter? |
I knew it all along. The Kanu being paraded is a clone. The real Kanu must be watching all this charade and smiling while eating Isi-Ewu with Hero larger beer. |
