Visa Requirements You must apply for a visa at your local British Embassy or Consulate. You cannot apply to remain as a working holiday maker from within the UK. You will have to meet the particular requirements at the British Embassy or Consulate. If your visa is granted there will be an endorsement in your passport granting you leave to enter the UK. This is called an entry clearance certificate. You can request that this visa is valid for up to three months. It is unlikely that you will be refused entry to the UK if the visa is issued. Typical reasons for refusing entry are if you have made false statements when you made your application or if you have failed to disclose important facts in your application. It is also possible that you will be refused entry if your circumstances have changed since you made the application. It is probably a good idea to have a copy of your visa application with you in your hand luggage when you arrive in the UK in case you are questioned by an immigration officer |
The Working Holiday Visa is issued for a maximum of 2 years. You can engage in casual employment in the UK for a total of 1 year out of that 2 year period. Although you cannot engage in business, you can work as a self-employed person in some instances. If you have already spent one year in the UK on a Working Holiday Maker Visa you may be able to switch in-country to an HSMP or a Work Permit (if the job is on the UK occupational shortage list and you have worked already for 12 months in this capacity,) all of which may lead to permanent residency. You may also be able to switch to the following Visa types from within the UK: Visitor, Innovator, Student (degree level) and Partner/Spouse/Civil partner (if your last entry to the UK has been for 6 months or more). You may travel in and out of the UK for up to two years during the validity of your Working Holiday Maker Visa. |

I'm writting this on behalf of my female friend. There's this guy i've always liked for a year now,at first i thought something might blossom, but it didn't.Infact, this guy basically took my heart out and did a spanish flamenco dance on it.I tried to let go and go on with my life, but i'm still strongly attracted to him.The piggish, rude things he's done [and they have been many] haven't turned me off.Pls wat advice do you have for me, thanx |
I've always believed in the adage which says "two heads are better than one".I think we should apply it to our relationship.Coming together is the beginning, keeping together is progress and working together is success. So ur partner really need you, that advice u have for him might be the solution. |
At a party some months ago,i went out on the patio with my galfriend and we started kissing.I heard the door slide open and some people came out,so we quickly stop.i started chatting with them since i kinda knew them, but i wondered why they were all acting funny and stared down to my trousers.Just then i felt a breeze and looked down,,i hadn't realised that my galfriend had loosen the zip of my trousers while we were kissing[maybe i was carried away with the kiss]my --------was open for all to see, though i was putting on boxer short.i felt so embarassed |
it's late for january hope u know?well,i'll help u make further research.goodluck |
Hi,i must commend ur effort for the info,u've said it all my man.nigerians mis-use opportunities and they'vebelieve they can't make it in naija, which is very wrong.I over-heard a man one day when he said he doesn't think he can make it again just because he was denied.I could picture the man's heart,if he's opportune to go,i'm sure he'll want to spend the rest of hislife there.I just pray we wake from our slumber and we open our eyes to the reality.Good job man |
ur number ain't going |
My dear friend,i really feel you.just trying to be realistic.Okay, good u've gotten additional documents to facilitate ur application and you've deposited a huge amount of money like a month before your application "which is not in the history of the account",this is the statement they use.well,i believe if u re-apply with the neccessary requirement,u will get the visa, but these ECOs could be funny u know.well,i'll suggest we meet,if you feel re-applying is the best,i can guide you while feeling the form.wish you the best again |
Oh no,mumsie said i'll be a great guy and a caring husband, she said so many good things, but she said despite of all,i might not get the award of my dream because i'm too secretive.don't think it's a bad idea for one to have privacy.wat do u feel guys |
Hi all,i'm so excited cos i'm gonna be a husband someday, and not just a husband, but a unique and a fulfilled one.Looking forward to an award tagged"BEST HUSBAND OF THE MILLENIUM"can someone say amen to that.ooPS,hey why r u laughing,oh my gush,no probs ur partner will sure be good.takia |
Hello,so sorry for that.I believe you have two options, either to appeal or re-apply.I think before you decide, you have to weighthe twoand go for the best. If you decide to appeal,aw soon will it come out and wat are the chances you'll be given and the cost. For appeal, there are stages, for the first4weeks,ur document will be forwarded to the ECO to review,if the ECO goes through ur document and the appeal and he's convinced,at that point, the original decision overturned and visa issued.meaning it's possible withing a month and some weeks.but if the ECO insist on the decision, then it will be forwarded to the home office.but everything is about 2-3months or less.in some cases, like 5% of those that appeal exceed 3 months. But the chances of u getting it is very high,i mean appeals are so much granted. But if you re-apply,will there be any change in ur application, like sponsor or documents,if there s,that might not help the situation cos they'll think you're manipulated things.i'll advice you to appeal and write to the school.Beter still, you can do the both,i mean appeal and re-apply.for more, visit www.askbowa..com or call me 07030138190, Best of luck |
