I asked u a question pls define NATURAL for me I've given u my definition and how homosexuality goes against it so please give me ur definition of NATURAL and ur points as to how u think homosexuality is natural
IF U DON'T WANNA DO THAT THEN I BELIEVE THIS CONVERSATION IS OVER
PROVEN: This is natural. Your natural instinct kicks in (video evidence)
marvinsync: lol cancer is hereditary , Is ur father gay?
and how do u define natural?
something that u can't change? , something that ur born with ? what exactly ? cause there are diseases that by those definitions can be called NATURAL
I define natural as something that has to do with nature
the natural order of life
as in , in life there is reproduction in order for species to continue to exist , animals , plants reproduce , and as such they have reproductive organs , but when something occurs that goes against the creation of life hence reproduction such as homosexuality hence I call it UNNATURAL
Not sure if you have telivision but have you heard of National Geographic Channel? Being Gay is Natural. Please do your research sir
Teaser4: I wouldn’t really care if the person next to me believed in a religion, but religion is quite useless if you ask me.
There are several countries like Sweden and the Netherlands where good portion of the population do not believe in the existence of god, and these two countries are one of the happiest countries out there, with great scientific and technological innovations.
Religion itself don’t really serve much purpose anymore. The ethics written on many sacred writings are either flawed, ambiguous, contradicting, and/or plain wrong. With globalization, this is even more apparent. People arguing about which religion is true is nonsensical.
However, as someone who strongly believe in scientific method, statistics does say that religion helps mental health to a minor degree. This should, however, not be exaggerated as their effect is not spectacularly good. There’s all these answers below that believes religion can make one’s mental health from the bottom of the hell all the way up to heaven or something. This is not true, and for those who think it does by personal experience, probably is an optimistic person to begin with (possibly unconsciously), even if they share a story about “how depressed they were”. Religion only very slightly ease mental pain, and the other side-effects of religion pretty much negates their advantage.
In reality, religion don’t help at all. People die everyday. People go to war. People commit suicide. People fight for their religion. Poverty exists. What have religion done for them? Pray? And yet, there are some people saying “god is giving them a mission”. Well, I hope they burn in hell because that is plain evil. You don’t create unreasonable evil on purpose. Moreover, people die with that.
Religion has shown its flaws and they are on a decline. Increasingly more people are becoming atheists and agnostics, although they are still a minority today. They are not much more useful than believing in spirits and ghosts.
People should use their time rationally thinking about science and how to make the world a better place than using that time praying and thinking about gods. a
Suzzyyy: Hello Nairalanders! Plz help! I hv been scared and confused abt a risk I want to tk so I decided to share for advice.
Im 29 and I hv a boyfriend who is 33. We hv been happily dating for close to 3 years now, he once helped me financially in a good way with 100k when I had problem with my little business, then he was doing pretty fine with his business, I sell plastics and hez into cloth business. But somtin happened last 2 months, he had terrible problems with his business and lost almost everything including his shop and in a bid to salvage his situation he ended up owing many pple, when all these started he didn't tell me, thou hez a kind of person that likes handling his problem alone without disturbing or telling me which I don't like bcus it somehow makes me feel less important and useful to him, I got to know when he changed, his attitude, moods and everything changed, hez always disturbed, thinking and always visiting pple, he payed less concern and attention to me, don't even call and when I call, he will be in a haste to end it, I became confused, so I had to asked what was going on, he said nothing, I got upset and insisted he must tell me, he then opened up, I felt so bad and almost cried, since then I have been trying to maintain his upkeep and sometimes give him money which hez not comfortable with.
The problem now Is that im scared, he asked for a huge amount of money from me which is 700k, he wants to start all over again in his cloth business and also clear some debt, and I can only boast of 820k home and abroad as a business woman, i just feel he saw my account balance before asking for this, Im scared to loose the money and him too. I love this guy but im so scared of doing this, he helped me when I needed money, but this sacrifice is bigger than me, he showed and detailed everything he will be doing with the money, Im just confused to gamble with my life savings, I know I might sound ungrateful what if the business or our relationship crumble? Won't I be stranded and doomed? My business is not that strong and we all know how most of sacrifices like this ended for people. Is this kind of risk worth doing for a boyfriend
4Ebiscoo: Nollywood Actress, Liz Anjorin, has insisted that the recent fight among Yoruba actresses is not peculiar to the industry alone.
Anjorin, who recently had an open confrontation with a colleague, Ronke Oshodi-Oke, for condemning actors who are fond of showing off new acquisitions on social media, told Sunday Scoop that it was common for women to fight each other anywhere in the world.
“It is not only in the Yoruba movie industry that women fight one another. If you go to another industry or country, the same thing happens. Wherever women are gathered, there will be evil. Once you see three or five ladies, next thing that comes up is fight and the major cause is always inferiority complex. If you don’t carry them along, they will tag you a bad person. If you carry them along in all you do, they will expose and shame you. As a woman, you have to just settle for one side.”
On whether she has settled her rift with Oshodi-Oke, Anjorin said it was no one’s business.
She added;
“The problem with Nigerians is that we don’t celebrate people. If you want to write bad stories about me, you should celebrate me too. I know you are calling me to talk about my fight with Ronke. If you buy a car and see the need to show it to the public, is that a sin? I don’t have any fight with anyone. It is a message and the person I sent the message to received it. I am not even fighting for only me but others too. At least, we should behave in a way that people will stop seeing Yoruba actors as poor people.”
