I had exactly same experience. For a newbie, it's so easy to gain or loose ratings.. Forget village people matter..

By default u are on 5 points..
1st rider gives you 2 points
2nd rider gives you 2 points

Total points 9
9/3 gives u 3points..

It happens to new drivers like myself mostly cos u don't really know Lagos roads well, thereby leading to more money lost by the riders which most likely affects how ure rated.. Sometimes u just have to appeal to them for better ratings.

I for example, I'm a female and my dad is a pastor in Deeper life Bible Church and trust me I've been looking for ways to leave the church. My dad isn't even helping matters, he has serious temper issues that makes him say things that gets me, my mum and siblings angry. I really do not see myself getting married in his church. Hello my fellow nairalanders, i created a new moniker to hide my identity, i really don't know how to begin but i will try as much as possible to make everything clear
