Before this my tenant paid for the house, there was a complete door net in good condition. Therefore she has lived here for more than 5 years, during the course of those years, she renew the door net which later worn out. Now this year, she decided to park and rent a bigger room elsewhere. During her parking i wasn't at home, when i came back, i saw that she had remove the door net. I told her for removing the door net am going to deduct N5000 from the 8 month rent i need to refund to her. She starts ranting saying she spend N3000 to fix the door net, that i shouldn't deduct her money.

Second, the idea of dismissing a pastor out of service doesn't make sense. However, I do not expect an unproductive church to remain unproductive either. What are you doing as a Church if you don't attract new souls? Of course, more souls typically means more income for the church. So yeah, no one should be surprised when everyone focus on the money which they believe is the answer to all their life troubles.

If the church is not growing, what should the church management do? The right alternative should have been to change the leadership of the local church, not outrightly sack a pastor (unless there are genuine reasons to do so). He may thrive better in a new environment, or simply work together with other pastors in an established church. This is the norm everywhere.

You are one of the problems we have in this country.

The letter simply said the pastors did not meet their growth index in its performance reviews, thats same thing companies tell employees that cant bring in new accounts and deals for them. How is it a pastors fault if people refused to come to church or donate? Hes expected to force them? Hasn't the pandemic affected everyone enough, including churches?
