I dont know about lagos But Abuja you just walk-in with your documents in less than an hour your out They close @ 3pm 123abcclown: Hello house,
Your guy is here again.
I submitted my application online yesterday and just got a Biometrics mail today.
I’m in Port Harcourt, so naturally coming to do the Biometrics in Lagos should be the best option...but I’m open to Abuja.
I honestly don’t know which one to go for, but I will like to know if I need to book an appointment before Biometrics capture in Lagos and or Abuja?
Which of the two is a better option?
Many thanks to the house most especially michyehi, dubaiboy1 and mcobex for answering my earlier questions. |

Thanks soo much Working on my sop Will send it to people to preview this time I did it Alone the last time mcobex: You need to work on your SOP. Your SOP should speak for you, it should answer all questions you think will be going through the vo's head. You are going for studies and as such you are expected to return back to Nigeria after you programme, you also need to explain how related your intended course, previous course and work experience are related(just feel the vo has no idea what business admin is). Another important point is letting the vo know your plans after study(how you intend using your MBA back in Nigeria). Lastly, you can decide to apply alone (there won't be any red flag) or apply with your children but I ALWAYS ADVISE APPLICANT TO APPLY ALONE FIRST THEN AFTER FOR THEIR CHILDREN AND SPOUSE AFTERWARD cos with that you will have very little convincing to make and your children and spouse can serve as your hometie. |

Thank you Am working on my sop to put up somtin beta Do you think i should reapply alone? Will there be any negative effect ? Twallace: Hello ma
From your GCSM notes, I don't think you have any problem with your finances. Seem to me that this is a problem of SOP.
You did not convince VO why you should be going for MBA at this point considering the responsibility of taking care of 3 children. Did you explain to him why you choose Canada and not Nigeria? Why you would incur so much expenses (you and 3 kids) just to get MBA? Finally, how would you apply it when you come back to Nigeria?
You need to explain these things and be as specific as possible and with facts and proofs. Finally ma, with your work experience, you may want to check Express Entry option.
My one cent though |

Thanks soo much I studied Business Administration and going for Mba Been working since 2011 with my Hnd and had my Bsc in 2017 My experience is in finance(stockbroker/Bank) My husband is my sponsor He showed soa of 25m and $56,000 Hes investment letter of 10m Hes pension account Landed property Sponsorship letter Employment letter Payslips, company idcard, data page While i submitted Employment letter Introduction letter from my office Payslip Soa with 2.8m Birthcert Copy of the waitlist form i sent to a school in kamloops for my kids daycare and after school A copy of the mail thread with the administrator of the school Telex copy of semester fees i paid to my school (7,500cad) Statement of purpose And soo I mcobex: Apart from you applying with your children, I think some other things didn't look convincing in your app. From the GCMS note, it seems you have been working for some years now1 and you didn't show enough funds(personal fund). Kindly share your profile(your academic history, working history, funding etc), so I can have better idea of your case. NB: I always advise the principal applicant to apply alone first then apply for children or spouse once he/she has gotten trv but that doesn't mean people haven't been getting it when the whole family applies together. Pls share your profile |

Send your contact pls This my email Am for Thompson Rivers university too Judeo552000@yahoo.com reichwolf: Well since I am also awaiting the MBA unconditional admission letter from Thompson Rivers, I guess your brother has already paid CAD$ 7500 for the first semester tuition fees. So that combined with a bank letter & signed letter by your brother should according to me a sign of good faith. Also add some birth certificates to show the family relation, police certificate & proofs of ties to come back to Nigeria like a career plan once you end your studies.
I am currently perfecting my SOP in await of the admission letter. This is my email if you want us to share tips: adildil56@gmail.com.
I hope we all get the TRV by God’s grace & go to Kamloops come this Fall 2018!!!! |

Amen Thanks soo much Is anything wrong with my age with 3kids? How do i address the queries now? Should i highlight them one after the other in my explanation letter? reichwolf: I think the main issue is considering your age and the fact that you wish to go with your 3 kids, the Visa officer thought that the cost involved is way too much, & hence this might just be a pretext to enter Canadian soil. Maybe try convincing him with a well drafted career plan & how the MBA will help you in Nigeria once you’re done.
NB: I’m also planning to go to Thompson Rivers University for an MBA this Fall 2018. I’m currently waiting for the unconditional admission letter which I can use for my visa application. I was denied the visa once, so I’m trying to ace the SOP this time. God is in control of it all. By his grace we will meet there coming September. Amen. |

Thanks soo much My last child is 2yrs My ist is 7 while the 2nd is 5yrs I attached the email correspondent i had with a administrator of a school (daycare and afterschool )since my first 2 will be attending public schools and a copy of the waitlist form i submitted to the school What else should i have included? Should i highlight the queries and explain each one of them in the explanation letter? How should i tackle them? T galala123: It depends on the age of your last child I guess. It may not be reasonable in the opinion of a VO to leave a baby behind. You could make daycare arrangement in Canada to show the VO child upkeep will not hamper your studies if your last child is still a baby.
The experts in the house should please assist this lady urgently because I'm a novice. |

Yes i was working since 2011 with my HND had my Bsc. In 2017 I wrote it out in my previous sop I dont think the vo even read my previous sop then How can i address this now? Do you think i should apply alone these time? Please respond Am putting my documents together to reapply Thanks soo much galala123: Did you complete another postgraduate programme in 2017 or you were working before getting your first degree.
VO explicitly mentioned that you were working since 2011 and graduated in 2017.
Otherwise, were you working with a ND before getting a bachelor's in 2017?
All those statements mentioned casually may need to be addressed and clarified. |

Hello I have the notes now Can i send it to your pm Frankrobbn1: BoystoMen,
Madam, start working on presenting a rational SOP/LOE before the arrival of your CAIPS file because that's only what I can see that went wrong in your previous refused application, for any further advise I dish out to you, will be based on guess until we see your CAIPS file. When you're done with your SOP/LOE you can possibly pm some experienced individuals here to assist in reviewing them for you. Also endeavour to share your CAIPS file once you've successfully acquired it, so we can pick it up from there.
It shall end in praises next time! |
