This is not the first time i'm hearing such stories...so sad. Once a woman was mopping the floor in her living room, she slipped and fell unconscious. if not for her little 2 year old baby that kept crying uncontrollably help wouldn't have come to her. I think its time we educate ourselves about this imminent household hazard. People should be able to distinguish between normal smooth tiles and the frictional ones. If you live in a rented apartment, you can have a shower carpet (don't remember the real name) in your bathroom. I think that will help with friction. So sad to see young vibrant youths die in circumstances that could have been prevented. RIP to the dead, The living should take note! |

Thanks boss...Please, do you have any mono crystalline solar panel /manufacturer you can recommend? and how much does it go for? kiekie1: |
Good Evening to all the Oga dem in the house (chris81964, earthrealm, Richmond, George, kekkie, etc) including determined learners like me. Thank you for all the good advice you've been providing because now, I am at a point of buying solar panels for my solar installation but i'm getting confused by the day on the kind(type) of panels to go for. some people say that considering our hot climate, poly pv cells would be my best bet because mono pv efficiency reduces by increase in temperature. while others argue that the heat down here (south) is not enough to cause damage to mono pv panel. Yet others say the type of panel doesnt matter but the manufacturer does. As a DIY kind of person, I want to get it right the first time. I have 4 Trojan J185P-AC batteries. im looking to get a 600w panel (200 x 3 or 300 x 2). my system is inverter by Voltacon 3kva with 60A MPPT cc inbuilt. waiting to read your responses...Thanks in advance. ![]() (sorry for the long essay) |
how is this better than ceramic tiles?? i'm trying to make a decision now. Enlighten me more. ahamonyeka: |
It might affect you psychologically since you know the guy personally... After marriage, you might still think she's still seeing that guy. and mhen, that will be really bad for your health. It would have been better if you didn't know the guy. |
I can't live in a house built exclusively by my wife except I have contribution I also made to it (no matter how small). It reduces the man. I'll be back to explain. |
I am interested. but why do you want to sale, hope no issues? I'm in Akwa Ibom, so how will you deliver. How long has it been in use plus I have 45k to offer. |
thanks for the info....I think newer cars now have sealed carburetors, so no fear of water getting into the engine |
Let me confirm first... |
These people need to know the requirements for confined space entry...even without the fumes from petrol, they would have still died inside that place. |
Mr chris, thank you very much for the help you are rendering on this forum. Please, I still have some questions with regards to the PIP MSD/MST series inverters. what is the difference between the ones with the heat sink on top and the ones without? Why do you have to install with an additional charge controller, could it be that the inbuilt CC is not effective?? Also, where can one get it for a reasonable price here in Nigeria(eg. Gaint Power version, mpp solar etc) Thanks in advance as your response will go a long way to help chris81964: |
Always make research and use your eyes before posting a misleading topic online. Those are not wood...those are steel column used for a type of foundation (pile foundation). This type of foundation is used When the soil is very soft and solid base is not available at a reasonable depth to keep the bearing power within safe limits. It is also used When the grillage and raft foundation are very expansive, or When the building is very high carrying heavy concentrated loads or When it is necessary to construct a building along the sea shore or river bed. |
People in this Country are getting crazier... This is called bad hustling. |

Thank you very much for your response sir... One more question please... can I loop the AC and chassis ground together or should the chassis have and solar array have a separate grounding?? Thanks in advance for your response ![]() richmon74: |
Thanks bro... i'll check it up right away. DUNKA: |
Thanks boss...I'll do just that. If I encounter any challenge, i'll still come back here chris81964: |
Please, All the Professionals in the house, come to my aid... I just got delivery of a 5kva transformerless inverter from UK but im confused as to the installation and grounding required for the solar panel array and the inverter. (I even read somewhere that the +ve terminal of battery should be grounded). I know that most of my "Oga's" here have dealt with transformerless inverters, Please help me with the knowledge to install this piece. Thanks in advance. @richmon74, kiekie1, earthrealm, chris81964, tnycee Ive attached a photo to show what the inverter looks like.

you sound like you dont know much about those craft....they are fitted with floater that deploy once they land on water, so the craft WILL NOT sink. what happened there was a controlled landing on water. holamiday: |
Please, has anyone bought or used this inverter before?? I want to get it cos it is cheaper, but i dont want to make a mistake. Please share your experience(s). U can also recommend any 8kva inverter within the range of 170k to 220k

I think I see your angle of reasoning now...that everything 'second' is better than first. Now, while you might be using this to console your self for reasons I am yet to find out, I want you to know that if second was 'better' Jesus wouldn't have referred to himself as "The First and the Last". ...should have been second and second to the last...maybe he would have been second born of all creations. I have nothing against second born though. But look for a better argument. This one is empty. mubarak001: |
post=39573397:It all depends on how you see it... I've heard people talk about it. But what I believe is that every child has a gift, some make use of their gift than others. God did not create anybody for nothing. Find your purpose in life, and you will be happy. Your use of 'bible principle' is not well strengthened... If you remember, Joseph you mentioned was not a 2nd child. And I wonder why you compare Jesus and John. David was not a 2nd child...pls always get your facts right. God himself has regards for every firstborn that opens the womb. Think about Jesus, Samuel, Solomon, and other firstborn you know in real life. Your argument should have been that there are challenges encountered in being a firstborn. Some are spiritual and others are not. |
