I didn't go there but I have 3 of my men there apart from the workers. They had discussion with your neighbour and the landlord association over the encroachment issue but when they insisted on getting paid for the encroachment. The woman there's no need but she's said she's angry because her place was used for storage of cement during the construction of the main building and that sunk the floor of her house and there was no mention of anything from your side. She had to fix the damages by herself.

If you can talk to her, it'll be of good to you. She's your neighbour and we need to find peace at all times. I have her number if you'll like to do so.

I learnt to do that after dealing with Nlder whom I paid upfront and he left the job halfway, it took a great deal to get him to finish the job.anyway back to you, by now we should be talking about the fence instead of septic tank.

Issues with your neighbour has been resolved. I was actually wondering why any sane human being will be fighting over 2 inch encroachment. But thank God the truth has finally emerged, your neighbour is aggrieved because of past issues which I had no idea of.

Saying NO is never easy, but it is necessary at this moment as we are trying to maintain a high level of quality in all of our engagements. Saying YES to a client, and then doing a bad job due to lack of interest or time, is much, much worse in the long run than just saying NO.

Thank you Sir.

The challenge now is to find a builder that wants to take on a different kind of build. Something that requires that the exterior of the bricks are totally clean of any mortar and that the mortar joints are all clean. None of the "will adjust for it during finishing" because the brick is the finishing.

This is no challenge. I love exploring possibilities. Its just that there are too many things competing for my time now.

Bros, natural ventilation is the process of supplying and removing air through an indoor space without using mechanical systems. Warm conditions countries such as ours need to drive strategies oriented to the cooling buildings without the use of air-conditioner units. Better natural ventilation performance can be achieved by locating two window groups in opposite directions or in perpendicular to each other.

Natural lights by the way of windows, skylights and glass doors will eliminate the need for artificial lighting during the day thus helping to cut down excessive NEPA bill
