l will invest in a ferry service (as in standard types, not the Canoe wanna-be ferry service without all the works) that will make driving unattractive for car owners who live in Ikorodu area and work in Ajah/Lekki/V.I axis.... or at least can take them long with their cars.

I know a lot of people cant swim, (at least not in the Atlantic! ) and so, are scared of boarding a ferry (remember that Senatorial candidate who lost his life crossing the waters in Ikorodu, during the 2015 elections?) ... but when they see a standard ferry service that guarantees "minimum protection", l am sure they would opt for it, than driving all around through Ikorodu-Ketu-Mile12- Ojota-3rd mainland-Ikoyi-VI/Lekki/Ajah, back and forth.

Can we have a consortium for this..... just like people come together, to fund estates?

You're welcome. I laugh when I read the bolded part "swampy land but not deep like 1.5meter." But that's a very good description, it's a 5 board raft and I believe you should be fine with the following:

1. 30 ton Granite (1) - this is to assume you're getting all the granite needed to raise the concrete columns which are required at every 3m interval.
2. 20 ton Sand (3)
3. Iron Rods
. 1 ton of 10mm rods (for the ground beam stirrups and column rings) - I'll recommend an inverted T beam in swampy area.
. 2.5 ton of 12mm rods (for runners and 3.2m high columns) - I believe you'll require around 33 - 35 columns in a 60 x 120 plot when columns are spaced at 3m interval.
4. Cement (150 bags) - for raft and columns
5. Boards
. 1 x 12 x 12 planks - 280 pcs (to be reused for column formwork)
. 2 x 3 x 12 white wood - 250 pcs (for props and braces)
. Nail - 2.5 bags
6. Labour
. Concrete Work - Pay based on local rates or better still contract it out to a concreter. N80 - N100k should be fine for the ground beams.
. Carpentary - pay based on local rate
. Iron Bending - pay based on local rate
7. Contingencies (Allow extra N50k for unbudgeted expenses)

Give or take N1.5 or a little more should do the job. Take note the importance of removing the vegetable soil before concrete pour to prevent settlement and cracking.
