If this is true, then why will Nigeria need to borrow to fund her 2020 budget? |

mimimile93:IT BECOMES MORE INSANE TO ABANDON IT. INSTEAD, MODIFING/COMPLETING AND ADAPTING IT TO ANOTHER BEFITTING PURPOSE WILL MAKE THE BEST OF SENSE |
mimimile93:I GUESS YOU DID NOT SEE THAT THE WORK STOPPED IN 2016. THAT MEANS THAT 'THE INCUMBENT LEADERSHIP DID NOT BUDGET FOR THE PROJECT'. IF YOU ASK ME I WILL SAY OUR LEADERS DOES NOT SEE REASONS FOR CONTINUITY IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT PARTICULARLY WHEN THEY CAN'T DEVICE A CONDUIT TO SUCK RESOURCES FROM EXISTING ONES. WHAT A SHAME!! |
HEY, I KNOW THERE IS A LEGISLATIVE COUNCIL IN THAT STATE, SO THEY SHOULD DO THE NEEDFUL. AND THE PEOPLE OF ABIA TOO ... |
THESE LAWYERS ARE REAL ATTENTION SEEKERS, ABSOLUTELY. BUNCH OF UNSERIOUS LAWYERS THAT WILL STILL DEFEND THE RESULTS THEY ARE NOW CONDEMING. I PITY 'NAIRA' |
I sometimes see us the general Nigerian populace as the major problems of this nation. Instead of beating up this clown or pushing for his father to resign with immediate effect, we only gather here to celebrate their folly. Naija matter tire me sef |
But we know nah, Bubu can only compensate Hausa Fulanis that lose their cows after they recklessly rear them on the rail lines. He can never get time for the Igbo nah. He even try sympathized with them |
lovere:My brother, the matter tire me o. Naija matter wear pant when don tear for nyash. Haba, no one knows the direction that we are going as a nation now o. Tankers ugly incidents has been happening in this nation since Adam and the government has not even seen it as a serious issue of concern self, na only to dey distract us with yeye news na im the leaders dem sabi o. I tell people that even God cannot help with Nigeria issues sef, so they should stop disturbing Him with those shoutings they call prayers. We just need to sit up |
989900:Reality you said? Then you know less about the Igbo politics. I'm not an 'Igbo' by birth but by personal drives I've been highly affiliated to them in business dealings and other affairs. Igbos are actually resilient, intelligent and no nonsense sets of people. They do their best to hold their leaders accountable in virtually everything. You can see that from the latest ongoing beefs with their leaders overseas. They really have strong political structures only that there are a handful that the Powers up North manipulates against their people. These are the 'kindergarten' politicians, I must say. |
989900:*Check highlighted* That is exactly what the powers that be had made you to believe. The Igbos that I know plays real politics void of sentiment and tribe as evident in the selection of their local/grassroot leaders. Nigeria is just making us believe the contrary, that's why they always want to sponsor gullible "Judas" amongst them to always distabilize them and play to their own biddings. But I bet you the tide is changing now. Let the leadership of the nation go fair and watch the economy and political structure of the Igbos better every other region that you can think of. |
omenka:Link or no link, the article bared the true situation of things. It's quite unfortunate that the Ibos are suffering such after being the frontiers of the independence we enjoy today. However, I've come to know that they cannot be subjugated as a people too. So the more the system tries to marginalize them the stronger they become. I bet you, they are not going to stop their agitation to pull out of the country any time soon and they will definitely achieve it. So the earlier the system goes fair with them, the better coz they are one set of people that never ever give up in their pursuit and that's what is making them great today |

Can this man stop being stupid enough? Engr. Yabagi Sani, how dare you compare IPOB with your criminal Boko Haram and Fulani Herdsmen? For your information, the Southeast governors cannot control IPOB b'cos they are a group with a clear laudible vision, that's why the international communities are hearing them out now. But you can eat your presidential position or give it to the Southwest that you can always plan to control, but for the Ibos, they want to grow and be a Republican State of their own and that is never a crime in any sane clime. So don't compared them with your criminals or make politics out of it, Mr Engr. |
Adesina had issued a statement on Sunday , attacking this newspaper and its journalists . The insult-laden statement was deemed unsuitable for publication by the newspaper ’ s editors and , therefore , ignored . Why don't you publish his statements and expose this power drunk Presidential Aide the more? It high time their tyrannical conduct gets bared more and more that the people know how fisty they come against the freedom of information in this nation. They are tyrannically power drunk and not ready to change at all. |
GenBuhari:Rubbish talk of the highest order |
As soon as I saw the headline, I didn't bother to read again coz I could easily predict what MR LIAR will say |

Chai, where are the eggs? I really need to stone these scorns, Nigeria is a big joke with these men as leaders. |
Brother, it's not about what she said over there but about her decision to go there in the first place, even when she knows that everyone is turning off all their engagements in SA. It was that bad that she embarked on such trip even after the president had boycotted his engagement there, to the extent of recalling the nation's embassador to SA. She goofed big time MelesZenawi: |
Sir, I have sent in my interest to your mail. Thanks superamoled: |

POSITIVE THINGS RESTRUCTURING NIGERIA WILL BRING! - FOREIGN DIPLOMAT REVEALS If Nigeria restructured into provinces - 1) Northern Province 2) Middle Belt Province 3) Oduduwa Province 4) Eastern Province 5) Niger Delta Province (Atlantic) Then Central Government at FCT. 10 positive things that would happen within 5 years (primarily due to inter-province competition) 1. The first province to experience economic explosion would obviously be the Western Province. The Oduduwua Master plan will be revealed. There would be trans-regional 4g internet fiber connection/rail/subways/highways/power grids etc. Yoruba will become the 2nd official language. They are relatively united. They have oil. They own academia. They have mega corporations. The WP would be the first to have stable 24/7 power supply! Foreign money will flood the province. More Forbes recognized billionaires will arise. Some of them will be internet billionaires. Lagos will be relieved a little from overpopulation as railway lines from other states will make living elsewhere and working in Lagos a breeze. 2. The Northern Province will have stronger islamic laws. Sharia will be entrenched and this will make the NP become the least corrupt province. The middle east (Arab) nations will move in to partner with them, bringing major development. Jaiz bank and Unity Bank will become mega banks. Arabic and Hausa will compete with English for dominance in schools. This province will generate more solar power than any other province. After the west, this province will be the 2nd to have 24/7 electricity. They will start exporting food as a major revenue generator. 3. The Middle Belt Province will have a development conference. Focus will be given to solid minerals development/ exports, tourism development and food production/exports. This will become a food hub in West Africa. They will export more food than any other province. Mega mining and food corporations will arise. This province will have foreign inflows through tourism development greater than any other province. It will host the most beautiful places to live in Nigeria. 4. The Eastern Province will transform into the Auto Industry Hub of Africa. Indigenous manufacturing of vehicles that will start competing with foreign vehicles will commence in earnest. This will grow to manufacturing of airplanes, helicopters, tractors, cranes, heavy duty construction equipment etc. Forbes recognised billionaires living in Anambra will arise. The Biafra agitation will fizzle out since formation of the EP will be seen as a Biafra success in another form. There would be so much development that villages (as we currently know them) will quickly cease to exist. This province will be the first to semi-urbanize all their rural areas as all the Igbos living abroad will rush back to take advantage of the changes. 5. The Atlantic Province will take the Uyo blueprint and run with it. An abundance of oil wealth and opening up of major sea ports at Rivers and Uyo will enable this region to revamp their infrastructure quickly. There will be more monorails here than anywhere else. This will be the 3rd province to achieve 24/7 electricity generation in Nigeria (mainly from gas turbine technology). 6. With provincial indigenous security forces in control, kidnapping, Armed robbery, Boko Haram, Fulani herdsmen and the Niger delta militancy attacks will all fizzle out. Nigeria will become the most secure and peaceful African nation; thus attracting more foreigners. 7. Each Province will have their own airline professionally managed. And with better roads/rail, air and land transport costs will crash. 8. With the rapid development occurring all over, Nigerias GDP will shoot up. Obtaining visas to travel out will become easy as more people will want to come in than go out. A worldwide immigration into Nigeria will commence, as Nigerians living abroad will be struggling with foreigners to enter the country. ''Nigeria will become the most desirable Nation to live in". 9. The central government at the FCT will become smaller and less powerful. There will be a mini-exodus from Abuja to the provinces as the action is now elsewhere. The outskirts of Abuja will no longer be heavily overpopulated. Abuja will become awesome again. 10. Positive ideas will become the order of the days again. Nigerians will again believe in Nigeria and grow a nation they can be proud of once again, a nation that will be the envy and developmental template of other African nations. So why not restructure now? Pls share for the sensitization of the benefits of Restructuring. Nigeria must flourish again. |
gypsey:Easy to be said than done. Maybe you are comfortable so you do not know that a lot of person are in untold hardship. Aren't no job from the government, okay. Just get that straight up bro and know that fending for a living is hard for too many in this nation, bro. It's a failed state; speak the truth bro coz that's the zing thing |
gypsey:And after all the sueing for the parents and oga what should be the share of the government|leaders that due to their evil and selfish nature not caring how they consciously put citizens into (Austere|survival of the fittest measures) make parents encourage the underages to learn trades as they school in order to survive in this hostile nation? Truth be told, we are in for the untold as a nation. |
