1) From my little understanding,men die earlier than woman due to high energy expenditure. 2) Look at Tortoise,elephant etc.They move & do things slowly,thereby conserving a lot of energy for future. These animals live up to 400 years+ especially tortoise. 3) Over-stress takes a toll on men hence depleting their stored energy level. Remedy 1) Take it slow. A man given an award for being the oldest man on Earth shared his secret. -Take It Easy 2) Reduce sex to once a week I was in a public bus one day,elderly men were discussing reasons why men grow/look old quick. They concluded that the frequency of semen discharge is responsible. Do you know the vitamins & mineral content in semen? Think about it. 3) Be happy from within. Do things/listen to music,shows that make you happy. You are a reflection of your internal status There are more to say 7 Likes |
