3)He loves Spanish players too much.

Xavi needs to learn more with a small division team, let him go, he doesn't have what it takes.

Or he needs to send a spy to the training sessions of man city or Arsenal or Bayern Munich or PSG or even Roma and Napoli so that the spy can teach him how the coaching staff trains their players.
