This is arguably the best biscuit in Nigeria presently. Everything about it just seem perfect, except that you'll hardly get satisfied with it coz you'll surely want to have more. It sells for fiftenn naira in my area, and I can't say how much I've spent on it already.

Continue to write it every day and make it a habit and see what will start happening to ur life.

POSTURE
stand straight, release yourself, shoulders and arms should fall freely. imagine youre being pulled by a string on the top of your head, your body should be upright almost at attention.

BREATHING
lay down flat on your back, place your hands/hand on your belly and breath in with your belly pushing your hands up. note that air doesnt go into the belly but into the lungs, the lungs expand more than they are used to, in the process pushing down the diaphragm which causes the belly to expand. this is important to get the core muscles ready for breath management and also to take in enough air.
put your hands on your ribcage at the sides and inhale focusing on getting your ribs to expand, the diaphragm lies attached to the bottom of your ribs, when you inhale it flattens with the expansion of the ribs, breath control is engaged when you maintain the outward pull of the ribs, keeping the diaphragm flat and stopping it from pushing the air out of your lungs, these exercises should be done as much as possible until muscle memory kicks in

RELAXATION
imagine your throat is just an airway and not your voice box, free up the muscles of your throat.
there are 2 types of muscles that need focus, the extrinsic and intrinsic muscles, the extrinsic muscles aid in swallowing, put a finger on the fleshy part underneath ur jaw and press lightly, feel the muscle bulge when u swallow notice that ur larynx(adams apple) shoots up with the movement, this is what should be avoided wen singing
the intrinsic muscles are the ones responsible for creating sound and the weakest vocal muscles, the arytenoids hold the vocal cords, the voice is produced wen the vocal cords come together, the vibrating speed ranges from less than a hundred to well over a thousand times per second, when this vocal cords sing incorrectly the extrinsic muscles take over making it impossible for the intrinsic ones to develop making high notes get stocked with tension and causing pain after few minutes of singing and making people think that they cant sing like the famous FOREIGN stars who hit and sustain amazing big notes. maintain vocal freedom and try building the voice from there.

EXERCISES
While maintaining vocal freedom sing scales and arpeggios while also maintaining cord closure(not sounding breathy). practice everyday for 30minutes or more, if ur throat feels itchy while exercising rest and have a glass of warm water then continue, the idea is to get the vocal cords working hard while being controlled by the intrinsic muscles to build strength, this makes the vocal cords hold back the air while singing allowing long notes and releasing the vibrato also creating powerful belts etc.

BONUS: stand with good posture, breath with your belly expanded and hold an SSSS sound for as long as possible, keep practicing until u can hold for 40 or more seconds comfortably, then try the scale exercises while maintaining resonance, breath control and vocal freedom.

NOTE: vocal training takes a minimum of 3months, imitating the vibrato sound in your voice causes extra tension,as long as you can talk then you can learn to sing, singing talent allows you sound good without training but with no ability to sing your best,if it hurts when singing then you are singing wrongly, if your music teacher cant sustain a full bodied sound for 30 or more seconds then there is nothing professionally trained there, go to youtube and browse on singing vs screaming to notice how vocalists sound with good technique,browse the internet for information on singing
