as a soldier you obey to the last order, they had no choice, but to obey

walder frey was a dictator you dare not go against his instructions

look at the lanister soldiers for example, that arya met on her way to kings landing , despite them being lannister soldiers, they were still normal beings and were hospitable to her

but still it was poetic justice, and they all suffered for the part they all played
They weren't mere soldiers, they were the men of house Frey, the sons and grandsons of walder Frey, his bastards and their bastards, the unwritten laws of karma of westeros said once you welcome a man under your roof with an offering of salt, you are responsible for his provision and protection, you defend his life with yours! If you mean evil towards someone never accept them under your roof, once you accept them and shelter them, to harm them is the worst crime in the unwritten laws of old westeros, to do that is to turn the old gods against you

Nice one. But if i may ask where does kingslanding fall?? Which kingdom? Or is it just like FCT.abuja that doesnt fall under any state?

What of iron islands. Where does it fall?
Kings landing, the stokeworth fief and a few other houses almagamated into what is called the crown lands and it is culled from the riverlands, also in the crownlands are a couple of islands amongst which are dragonstone, claw isle and driftmark, apart from the crownlands, other minor realms are the gift ruled by the nightswatch and the iron island ruled by house greyjoy

Im i correct? Are these the seven kingdoms of westeros?
1.winterfell
2.penthos
3.kingslanding
4.iron island
5. Dorne
6.riverrun
7.casterlyrock.

Castleblack.
Wrong we have
1. North westeros ruled by house stark from their ancestral home of winter fell.

2. Western westeros ruled by house lannister from their ancestral home of casterly rock.

3. The stormlands ruled by house baratheon from storm's end.

4. The reach ruled by house tyrell from highgarden.

5. The vale ruled by house arryn from their ancestral home the eyrie.

6. Done ruled by house Martel from their ancestral home sunspear.

7. The river lands ruled by house Tully or house Frey from either riverrun or the twins depending on your point of view.

This episode set the stage for future events.

I love that Dany finally heard Jon's name and Tyrion was there to speak volumes about him. For once Melisandre did something useful since resurrecting Jon.
I thought she'd jump into the conclusion that Dany was the Promised Princess since Jon banished her. Maybe the promised love story is really that of Jon and Dany. Ew lipsrsealed

As for Cersei, I continue admire her ability to twist truths, be hypocritical (hypocrisy does rhyme with Cersei) and keep a straight face. She has to thank Jamie for more than giving her children and the occasional relief. . . .her brother understands the act of winning allies far better than she ever will.
Still, I'm looking to see how she totures Ellaria and her sand snake daughter. The pain the "shame-shouting" Septa suffered will be child's play compared to hers cool

And Theon!!! He bloody Reeked out again, literally jumped ship. Euron was right to call him a cockless bastard, even Grey Worm has more balls than he does. grin grin

R.I.P in advance Yara. embarassed

Leave respect.

Why do they have to just keep killing characters I am beginning to love. Goodbye Yara and the Dorne fam. Theon is so cockless and deserves death, why are they still keeping him alive? Why?

Something tells me Sansa is going to do something she'll regret and Jon is off.

Arya's reunion with nysteria (hope I spelt correctly) turned sour.

Finally, I agree with the tyrell grandma. Dany has to be a dragon, Tyrion might be wise and clever however, his plans have clearly failed. The ambush was too emotional for me. The three Dorne ladies ehn angry

But wait, how come euron can fight that good? undecided I feel they're making him unnecessarily extra-vicious

Going by your formula, Baratheons would be last amongst the major Houses followed by Targaeyans cos both were made in the last 300 yrs and other houses(Stark, Arynn, Lannister, Tully, Martell, Grejoy, Tyrell) were the 7 kingdoms before the invasion of Targaeyans.
Not baratheons, the baratheon lineage is a direct continuation of the durrandion lineage through the female line so theirs is more legit either way you look at it. In normal climes, the durrandion name would have been kept, but the daughter of durrandion's bethrotal and marriage to the first baratheon wasn't necessarily voluntary so she kinda had no choice in the renaming of her house. The Tully's and greyjoys got elevated to high lordship at that same time, while the starks, arryns, lannisters and Martel's were already kings and queens of independent kingdoms and got reduced to high lordship so hence, my rating them in that order

From what I know, House Baratheon started from the bastard of King Aemon(not sure) Targaeyan I, the conqueror. The Targaeyan king that conquered Westeros centuries back. I'm nt sure of his first name.
And his wife was lady durrandion, the only child of the last durrandion king of the stormlands who he killed in battle.

Lol.... how did you come up with this ranking? Me think the Targaeyans shld come 1st cos they've ruled Westeros for centuries; Starks shld cm 2nd then others follow
My ranking is by age of each dynasty as in the unbroken lineage of rulers from progenitor to current title holders. Targaeryens only rose to nobility 300 years ago, stark dynasty is thousands of years old

I need a lil clarification, is it possible for Dany to get pregnant again? Or is she barren?

"When the sun rises in the west and sets in the east," said Mirri Maz Duur. "When the seas go dry and mountains blow in the wind like leaves. When your womb quickens again, and you bear a living child. Then he will return, and not before."
Literarily, bookwise, i think it implies that Danny can get preggie but t'will be a stillbirth or one of those scaly targaeryen horrors, show wise, not preggie @ all i think. I might be wrong though

Targaeyans are mostly blondes and have purple eyes BT Jon Snow has black hair and blue eyes. Jon also loves fighting than commanding(ruling) and you'll agree with me that Targaeyans are more majestic than the Baratheons. That was why I said Jon looks more Baratheon than Targaeyan. You catch the drill?
Moreso, Baratheons originated from the early Targaeyans sef
I was more interested in personality than in appearance, on targaeryens looking more majestic than baratheons, that is your own opinion, even cersei was head over heels in love with Robert when she first met him in his prime looking wild with bloodlust and rage in his eyes, he was every bit the image of a warrior king, as was renly too, though renly lacked the iron and mettle of his brothers that's why Ned was first confused when he saw renly.
And baratheons are also descended from durrandions in their earliest female line and have had targaeryen females thrown into the mix every now and then.
In terms of nobility in westeros, starks come first, then arryns, lannisters, martels, then we have targaeryens, Tully's, greyjoys baratheons and tyrels. My ranking though i didn't put into account the old royal families like the Mudd's, green hands, durrandions, harrens and em.......... Nevermind
