I bought this Thermocool Deep freezer HTF-319H december and I noticed it defrost in a matter of 4hrs despite after running for a whole day with everything inside completely blocked.

I have complained to the seller and their responds is that because I have some cans of bottle water n two plates of food is the problem. That if I load the fridge it will definitely retain the d ice for a long time.

Please people using this same type of fridge is it true? Or should I return it since its still under warranty.

As long as you have just a few items in the freezer it would defrost fast. When you load it you will understand what you have there. Or like some one already said pack bags of pure water inside. it will help retain d cold.

Here's a picture of mine. That's the culture I use for d first batch. You see how thick the final yogurt is? I'll still try dat Hausa nono with a little milk cos I've not seen that culture anywhere around me yet.

Someone recently suggested that i boil Fulani nono milk and then add fresh unboiled one as the culture.

What do you think?

I don't know this one o. methinks if you boil it you have killed d small live cultures that is remaining

I recently started making homemade yoghurt and to be honest its fun seeing the end result after the 12hour wait.

The person who i learnt about it from said its 1cup of milk to 3cups of water and and that's what i have been using.

Also the culture used is this fulani Nono milk drink.

The only thing i noticed is that it really doesn't get thick, trying just creamy .

Hi. it's not thick because it has been over diluted. for really think yogurt stick to 1cup milk to 2cups water. Another thing that is making it light is the nono you are using as starter. it's weak that's why. whenever I use starter frm the 3rd batch upwards it gives a light yogurt.

It's not a taboo, it's just absurd. It's like frying bread or Pizza instead of baking it in an oven. It's not forbidden because in your own kitchen you set your rules but it's real weird.

Eziokwu! so donut is weird too cos after making d mixture I might just decide to put in my pan and bake instead of frying which would give me bread instead of donut since the mixture is about the same.

like I said in my previous post I've always used thermocool. I've never used LG so can't compare

Thermocool is the way to go. And yes it's made for the Nigerian electricity. Pls don't ask me to explain further hehehehe. Anyway I've always used and will always use thermocool and it's yet to disappoint. ok bye

A mixer of 7 or 8k won't knead bread dough for you. if it tries it won't last. so enjoy your hand kneading while saving up money for a proper mixer. kneading is good exercise too.

Progesterone in oil is d best. Side effect is d pain on injection site cos it may b taken for long about 12wks

cyclogest is good too.

Now d catch is if its mild spotting due to hormonal ish cyclogest alone will work good.

Some pple do combine both especially if d person has had multiple reoccurances in d past

Some start d injection n switch later to cyclogest

d result is self explanatory. These 2 hormones r supposed to support early pregnancy till placenta takes over production of hormones but with these levels deir is a luteal face defect.
in which the luteal phase which is d Implantation phase Is shortened n d baby doesn't implant well b4 progesterone starts dropping.
The body doesn't recognise dat it is pregnant n shld sustain d luteal phase.
it can cause early pregnancy loss.
Hormonal support like cyclogest n progesterone in oil inj are used as mainstay of managing this. Started after ovulation till u test for preggy or started after positive pt
also vit b6 supplements have been shown to increase d luteal phase.
