Op just continue to reach out to the for the sake of your child. Even if the mother does not want you again no problem but for the sake of that child dont ignore them. There is no need blaming anybody now. What has happened has happened. So continue doing the little you can to help towards that childs care. God's Grace |

op oooo hahahahahahaha my belle o. Longa longa u wan chop shicken everyday. Anyway my mom really suffered for my hand cos despite being female i was very mischievous. Ive always loved cooking so one sunny afternoon all d female kids in my compound decided to graduate from cooking with sand to the main thing. I brought rice sm brought tomato salt etc. Na so we started cooking under the backyard staircase. Come and see rich jollof rice like that bubbling in our big tin tomato pot. The aroma was heavenly. We were just chattering like birds. I didnt know when my mom came back and the aroma brought her to where we were. She just quietly stood there watching us. Me being the overall chef was busy moving up and down giving instructions on top less that 2 cups rice. Our neighbours daughter saw her first and gave me a sign. When i turned and saw her the shock turned me to stone. Wehehehehehehehe.... When i defrosted i meekly followed her upstairs. She didnt shout or flog me o she was just looking at me with one kin expression on her face. The one wey pain me pass was that our massive pot of rice was finished by only one girl. The others ran away cos they felt my mom would tell their own parents but this particular girl was staying with her uncle so i guess she decided to eat first and chop cain later. Make she no lose on both ends na. |

Hmmm great thread. I had just a brother while growing up. Mom always bought seperate plates spoons and cups for us. Pink and blue mostly. Me pink him blue. So we were used to eating separately. Fast forward to when we were 7 and 5 mom went to her friends house and saw her 5kids eating and drinking together from one plate. She loved it and wanted to make us start eating together. On that fateful afternoon she just finished making my hair and served us lunch of garri and soup in one plate. She left but our screams brought her back shortly, low and behold the lunch had turned into war and my beautiful hair was plastered with garri and soup. Need i say that was the last day she tried to make us eat together When we were younger like 4 and 6 i was always looking for my brothers trouble. Being the older one i was always always beating and pinching him. Until one day he had enough and gave me a blow that loosend one tooth that was already shaking for me. I went to our parents screaming with a mouthful of blood. My dad sent him out of the house that nite for doing that. He was just at the corridor that lead to the kitchen the door was open but he was too scared to enter. I was on the dining window looking at him and laughing while he started a song..... Mummy na daddy unu osim bata *mummy and daddy should i come in?* and i would scream NO!!!! Mumsie went and brought him in secretly though. Hahahaha oh boy growing up was fun jare. Love you mom u too dad *even though u f'd up big time later. Still love u |

The guy's mother should have made her displeasure known right there and then na. Instead of laughing and gisting with the girl like all was well and then saying what she said after they had gone. I remember when i went with my fiance to his uncles house for the first time, his wife brought out garri and correct oha soup and i said no o that i have eaten. The uncle's wife there and then said that i have failed her own test o by refusing her food. Nna na so i swallow 2 balls of garri o just to please her. So here now the babe might not have thought about the implications of her action. Anyway mothers in law should just take it easy abeg. Their own daughters will also go to another woman's house and probably make 1 or 2 mistakes. Its not the end of the world. |
Thank You Jesus for exposing d plans of the wicked ones. Thank You Lord for this great victory. May they be ashamed who plot our downfall. May they be disappointed who wait for our shame. May their plans never prosper in Jesus name. Amen. Thank You Jesus! |
