Hello Doctors. You are doing a great job here. Pls i need your advice on the prenatals to be taken now in preparation for pregnancy later in the yr by Gods grace. Im in my 30s i would be tying the knot later in the year. I heard folic acid is good what, else can i add to it and how do i take it? Thank you very much

Errr.... Im not good with colours but i just have to make a decision concerning them. I want to use teal and yellow for my first outing during my trad which comes up later in the yr. Then red and white for me n my hubby during the main ceremony. The red and white is kind of a must cos of my hubby's own outfit which is a design from his place. Pls any advice on how to cordinate these colours with the decor and what my guests and friends plus family can wear? Im slowly but surely going crazy Did i also mention that d white will also be done dat same day? Now im sure u guys think im surely crazy with my colours hehehehe..... My friends cant help but laugh. Abeg i need help.

@Preternatura1 if i may chip in a little, i just dont understand why your mother in law wants you to come spend time with her for the very first time alone as in its the first time you would be seeing her right? When i wanted to go spend time with my fiance's mother for the first time i wanted to go on a thursday but my fiance refused and said i should come on a friday cos he didnt want me to be alone with her so soon after i came. Note his mother is not a difficult person at all so it wasnt like he was trying to protect me or anything just that he felt that he should be there that first time. So he spent saturday and sunday with us before going to work on monday so i just dont understand why your man would even consider your going alone for the very first time. Anyway stick to your guns of going with him the first time. These our mothers should take it easy on their prospective daugthers in law kwanu. It doesnt have to be so difficult. Or maybe its a tradition in their place? Like the babe that said her own wanted to bath with her? Hahaha the things i hear these days.....

I would suggest you get the new sim and send a message to your colleague like has already been suggested. Give her the name of the man's wife and probably the kids names too. If she honestly didnt know the man was married she would ask him but if she knew.... well God save the man's wife.
