Well, first off, you have to go to your study centre and get let them know the reason for your relocation which is genuine...
Then some papers and documents will be given to you which you will take to the current study centre you want to change to, they will continue everything from there....

Well, it takes time to effect change of study centre... You need to do it way long before exam starts...

If your reason for changing Study Centre is because work or whatever took you out of your study centre temporarily, then you don't need a change of study centre... All you need is permission to write your exam in another study centre...

I don't think there will be covocation by 30th.
Obviously, NOUN can't opt in for Virtual Exams again because the last one that they did was more political than academic. Plus it was just way too much of work for them.
