Yes you can legalize on the same day if you have a visa appointment date. It is 30 euros per document.

Even when offered a scholarship. You still need to provide tangible financial documents when applying and a Payslip of 240,000k is not sufficient

It is entirely possible for this to happen so when appealing crosscheck your documents and ensure there are no loopholes in it.

I know a few nursing students there but im going for hospitality.. 2022 admissions aren't open yet but you can follow up the thread

As for IELTS.. You can communicate with the school that you studied in English.. You have your English results too from school so it's not compulsory

I think you can apply for visa at any time in visa your application as long as you put your date of departure closer to the time when your school resumes. (Like one week before your school resumes )

So just note that should I get the visa you should go in closer to your school resumption date
